The sylph giggled and began to stroke Anthanes's chest,

"what are those silly words you keep mumbling?" she asked, her voice loosing its bubblyness and instead picking up a slight hiss.

The sylph began to massage Anthanes's neck, and moved down his back.

"you look tired, are you feeling sleepy?", she cooed in his ear.

ic: "Oh, nothing." , Anthanes said.

ooc: He's not wearing his armor, only his black cloak without the hood. Even he doesn't sleep in armor and he hasn't taken the time to put it on.

"Well alright if you say so", she said continuing to massage his shoulders

OOC: Pet Warrior?????? Quite frankly, i find that term offensive. Bodyguard has a much nicer ring to it.

IC: Jonacin stepped from the shadows where he had been silently watching, first Niran fooling with the sword, then Celia coming out to him, then the sylph emerging from the waves. He smiled a little when he saw that Anthanes was becoming quite besotted with her. When he looked back at Niran, he knew instantly that something was very very wrong. He went over to him, and saw where the sword had nicked him when he dropped it. He picked up the sword from where it lay on the ground, and headed back into the shrine, searching for Serene

"How could I be tired with you?" , Antanes said to the sylph, smiling.

Definetily trying to neutralize me in some way or another. I'll hope the...benefits are worth it.

At hearing this, the sylph knew she wouldn't lure this one into her trap. As she massaged she dragged her nails through tearing the cloak and the man's flesh.

"Well we will just have to fix that won't we," she hissed

Anthanes got up, drawing his longsword in a fluid motion. He pointed it at the Sylph's neck.

"Now, stand down. What was it you wanted with me and why?"

The sylp looked up at anthanes, and laughed. her eyes turned to those of a snake, and she pulled away from the sword tranfroming into a large sea snake that appeared translucent yet covered in hard scales. The snake towered over anthanes,

"Why you of course," she said before lunging at him, bearing her fangs.

"I like your other form better, you know." , Anthanes said calmly as he sent his form in a sweeping cut towards the...thing...'s neck.

"Most men do you know", she said before whipping her tail around and knocking Anthanes down on the ground. she slithered over to him and prepared to lunge bacj down at him.

A slight grin appeared on the half-dunmer's face. Excellent.

"V'LAASH, SHARMATHZKAM, ICRAEUS!" , Anthanes chanted. Fire shot from the battlemage's hands and began engulfing the creature.

The sylph let out a horrible screech as the fire consumed it, it let out on more hiss at anthanes then dissasociated itself into water that sank down into the sand.

From the top of the shrine Megil watched

hmm and she almost had the fool

He jumped down from the roof and slid down one of the columns to come down by the entrance.

meanwhile behind the waves two glowing eyes watched anthanes.

"And stay dead" , Anthanes exclaimed as he walked back to the shrine.

Wonder what caused it. I haven't heard of many sylph sightings...Do I see something, up there?

Megil leaned against the dor of Ald deadroth and saw Anthanes,

"Is she a friend of yours"

Anthanes shook his head. "I was going to ask you the same..." , he added in a suspicious tone of voice.

"please, you know I don't meddle in conjuration, besides if it was me, then why is she still over there,"

he pointed to the large glowing eyes in the water.

"Well, you aree the ONLY ONE present but me, and I have this nagging suspicion there is more to you than meets the eye. Start with everything." , Anthanes said.

The sylph reared her head out of the water and raced towards the two by the shrine. As she neared she reared up and prepared to lunge at anthanes.

"If I were you I'd move" he said. since the creature had approached silently.

"HELL?!" , Anthanes exclaimed as he turned around.

"I thought I told you to stay dead!"

The half-dunmer then raised his sword over his heads, sending a dangerous strike to the...creature...'s head.

Megil simply stood there and watched as Anthanes battled the monster.

I wonder for how long I should let her play with him

The sylph dodged anthanes's moves and prepared to strike the man with her tail.

Anthanes sighed. This was getting repetitive.

"V'laash solenum sharmatzkam!"

A burst of lightning shot from the battlemage's hand towards the creature.

I wish I had my armor, damn it

The lightning simply bounced off the snakes scales.

Megil walked up to anthanes,

"do you need some help"

The snake lunged for Anthanes, but megil stood in front of him and had his bow ready with arrow knocked. as it neared Megil let the arrow go, sending it through the beasts eye. It relled back and let out a screech. It then begun to flail around before lying dead on the beach.

He then walked up to the corpse and removed his arrow from its eye.

"I do wonder...WHY would it target me?"

"Because you are the one that it began to seduce, and you are also the one that threatened it" he said.

"But I wonder WHY it appeared and tried to seduce me." It's not like I'm handsome or anything.

"That is the mystery about sylphs. they strike randomly," Megil added. growing irrate with the questioning.

Anthanes nodded, though he didn't seem satisfied with the answer.

"I'm sure. Now if you'll excuse me, i'lljustgetbacktosleep..."

With that, the half-dunmer collapsed under a nearby tree and began snoring.

Satisfied that the man was asleep Megil walked up to the corpse, it gently lifted its head and looked at Megil. he layed a hand on its snout and it became water and sank into the sand.

It was a nice night out, so Megil looked for a spot to sleep and nestled himself by the sea.
