Serene was silent, she just followed Sel and hoped Jonacin would also come after....she was yearning for some peace now, some life without fighting and things, she was so utterly tired.....

Niran turned around on the ground, something was disturbing him (obviously), he muttered several words, though the only one that was audible was:

"Stendarr." Then he ceased movement, drifting into a peaceful rest.

(OOC: Oh, and when is Sel planning to give Niran's weapons back, exactly. Seeing as how he's going to be left behind, giving them back won't endanger Sel. They'll be long gone before he recovers.

EDIT: Niran's dream that just ended should have disturbed and freaked out Serene a lot, because it was very violent and gore filled. . . . and it involved the group. The signal sent by it was very strong.)

Sel turned to Serene. "Just promise me that Jonacin won't kill me." he said with a laugh.

Serene flung her head back and laughed as wel.......(and that was some time since she did that)

"Oh noooo he won´t.....why should he? He´s not jealous with you Sel....you are a young man of 17 he´s twice as old as you are..and I´m even older, no way he´s a great man and will certainly not mind if you and I have a bath...somewhere..."

By the way....where do you think we can get a bath? any ideas?

"And you said you used to live here?" Sel asked. "The hot springs of course. they're everywheree in the ashlands..."

Serene looked at Sel...oh..ehm yes, but I used to live in the Ahemmusa Camp.....actually...and i´ve never taken a bath in those hot springs....yet, but it sounds very good......

Megil watched Sel and Serene go off together, then he realized that he too needed a bath. Instead of following Sel and Serene Megil headed in the opposite direction looking for a natural spring nearby that would be away from the others.

While walking away he had the most peculiar feeling of dread fill his mind. Megil thought it most awkward, but after a few minutes it passed and he continued walking. After several minutes of searching he saw steam and as he approached he saw a natural hotspring.

"there we go" Megil undressed and stepped into it and began to wash off the salty residue of sweat, and the dried flecks of blood. Afterwards he leaned against a side of the spring and relaxed.

OOC: someones used some moon sugar

"Have you been doing moon sugar?" Sel asked after hearing her satement.

"Skooma's alright, but moon sugar is a waste of time..." he continued.

" I know...Serene was a bit ashamed of herself now, but i needed something to speed me up, you have no idea how healing drains your energy....but it will wear off soon...a hot bath will do the trick


They spotted a nice spring now with a pool beside it containing wonderfully warm water. Serene took out some sload-soap from her backpack and started to take her clothes off....

Fenris raised a eyebrow, turning from the fire he was sitting at t look at Niran. "Stendarr?" he said quizically. "The God of Mercy?" Of course, he knew Niran wouldn't hear him, but he was curious as to why Niran of all people would mumble Stendarr's name in his sleep.

OOC: Yeah, if Stendarr is the god of mercy, why does he have such a killer hammer? not very merciful...

Sel took off his own clothes and sat down in the spring. He just sat, relaxing. The day had been quite stressful - fighting Anthanes, daedra, encountering, Arcyakt, and least of all gettting stabbed in the arm.

Serene stepped down in the spring as well, the steam surrounded them, they could barely see each other. She used the soap thoroughly washed her entire body and her long black hair as well.......then she offered Sel the soap....and then just leaned back...nearly asleep

"Jonacin I wish you were here, she thought" I´m not sure I dare to ask Sel to rub my back..

OOC: Porn? yeah right!

Sel accepted the soap and bathed himself. Once he was satisfied with his own cleanliness, he got out and put his clothes back on but still sat outside the pool, thinking Serene was asleep. not wanting to leave Serene alone, he just sat down on the ground, looking at the setting sun.

Serene woke up as the setting sun caught her eyes, seeing Sel sitting beside the spring looking very thoughtful.

There´s something special about young dunmer males she thought, when stepping out of the spring, and graciously picking up her robe in order to dry herself.

She then found a rather clean shirt in her backpack which she put on. Her skirt was rather dirty at the time so she shrugged when putting it on....

Then she sat down beside Sel and watched the sunset ....

As they sat there a shadow fell over them,,, Serene looked up and quickly rose to her feet..

"You? she gasped, Is it really You?"

The tall dunmer who´s auburn hair glowed in the light from the sun, clad in a worn green robe looked down at her:

"Serene, Serene, I never thought I´d see you again, what are you doing here?

She took his hands, saying "was it you back there in the fight at the telvanni tower?"

He nodded.......Serene can we talk? I have some thing to tell you..

Serene nodded and with a look at Sel she followed the stranger a bit farther away...

Now I´m introducing Sedrane Mirpal, the son of the wise woman at the Ahemmusa camp..ta-daaa

Niran opened his eyes, and tried to sit up. He grimaced in pain and was forced to lie back down.

Oh, great. This is wonderful, I can't even move.

Sel looked strangely at the dunmer. Was he an ashlander?

He got up, buvkled his sword belt, and followed from a distance. He had to make sure that this newcomer was a friend...

Serene noticed that Sel was following from a distance and felt good, he obviously cared about her....and he couldn´t know that she knew this stranger very well...

Sedrane had a gruesome story to tell:

After Lord Nerevar had secured their safe home at Ald Daedroth life went very smoothly for the Ahemmusa tribe for quite some time. But recently there had been a lot of daedra occurring at the island for no particular reason.They annoyed the tribe a lot ecause the ppl could not get out of the shrine to hunt for food and thus starvation was near. Sinnamu Mirpal the wise woman and also Sedrane´s mother had found out that ther was some mage summoning those daedra probably in order to take control over the shrine.

The tribe was in desperate need of supplies and was hoping for Sedrane to be able to find some people to help getting rid of the daedra and most important find out who summoned them.....


Serene was sad to hear that, the Ahemmusa had been her family for many years and she really wanted to help them. She decided to take advice and support from her friends.


So she gave Sedrane a hug and turned to Sel....

"Welcome back to land of living," Fenris said jokingly. "Enjoy your nap?"

Niran spoke, still on his back,

"Ah yes very refreshing," Niran said sarcastically "How about handing me my sword so I can enjoy it again."

Megil saw the sun setting, and got to to dry off. After he was dried and dressed he headed back to the camp, trying to make it back before nightfall. When he walked into the camp he went to check on Niran and saw that he was awake. But having nothig to say he just found a place to sit and sat down.

When Serene looked at him, he shrugged. "What is it?" he asked.

Serene told Sel about the Ahemmusa-dilemma.....

"Do you think this is somewhat connected with Arcyakt and his deeds ?" she then asked him

Niran then remembered what had happened to his sword, and dagger.

"Where exactly is Sel?"

"Maybe." Sel said with a shrug. "I doubt it - Arcyakt probably wouldn't occupy himself with ashlanders."

"Maybe we should get back and tell the others?"

Yes Serene agreed, taking Sedrane with her she headed back towards the camp, hoping they all would still be there, especially Jonacin....

I wonder how Niran is doing,,she thought

"Sorry, but I don't feel like walking." he said, now confident of Sedrane's friendship.

He activated his amulet.

"Celia, where have you been all this time?" he asked.

Niran heard Sel, but his voice wasn't very loud

(OOC: Celia's last post stated she was looking for Megil, surely she's found him by now.)

"Went off with Serene somewhere..." Fenris said.

Celia had been inspecting most of the tents far from the group, still searching for her 'lost' patient. As always whenever Sel used his amulet, she jumped in fright. "Oh! You silly Dunmer! Always trying to scare me!"

She gestured to the tents near her. "I've been looking for Megil.. Is he up?"

"Yeah, he's up. He was helping heal Niran when I left." he replied. "Is Niran awake yet? I kind of want to avoid him if he is..."

Niran had managed to get to a sitting position, wincing in pain as he sat up.

Now, what to say first. Hello, or where the hell is my sword. The second option looks a bit more important.

As Serene and Sedrane arrived at the camp they saw Celia talking to Sel. Sedrane naturally wondered who that beautiful altmer girl was and Serene told him.

Niran was moving Serene noticed and went to him just to check him out, she didn´t trust him after all his weird actions, but she surely didn´t want him to die...

Megil looked at Niran quizzically,

"your weapons, what use do you have with them at the moment? I think its best if we keep them safe for now. we will give them to you in due time," Megil told Niran.

Niran grew angry,

You're damn lucky I can't get up

He saw Serene approach, but he didn't make any threatening moves. Despite the fact he was angry at all of them.

Serene was determined to get into Nirans somewhat distorted brain so she started sending telepathic signals as she approached Niran....


OOC: She´s coming for ya Niran!

Niran shook his head, it felt like someone was putting pressure on it.

He looked at the oncoming Serene, she looked a bit strange, as if she was concentrating.

Then someone started to talk to him, but who?

Then he realized, Serene was reading his mind, who else had that ability in this group?

OOC: technically i can too. I have talked to Anthanes telepathically before. but you guys aren't aware of that.

"Niran! Niran! give in now, surrender....do not be angry, do not be hostile....you are among friends, they will treat you well if you act in a good way...Niiiirrraaannn...

Oh no Niran....this time i will not leave you, Serene felt the opposition from Niran but she went even more determined to take over his mind

She put very strong mental pressure on him and noticed he whined in pain....she knew it hurt but could not show any mercy

Anthanes frowned a bit from his position in concealment as he overheard the talking about the problems of the Ahemmusa. Hmm...This could be Arcyakt. Strange for him to take an interest in-- wait! It's a daedric ruin and rather secluded...Who knows, there might be something powerful in there. It is worth to check out...

Donning his cloak a bit tighter, and readying his bow, Anthanes began traversing the Ashlands at a quick pace towards the Grazelands.

Sedrane got a vision of something threatening.....he did not know what but felt very uneasy and restless

"Serene i must be going back he said in a worried voice, i don´t know but i have a premonition of something terrible and my mother is alone up there at Ald Daedroth,..so I have to leave for now but ...please Serene, help us!

Serene was occupied with trying to get control over Niran but took Sedrane´s hand and gave him a sign of agreeing......



"Damn that boy, he´s soo tough, ahhhhhhh mooore pressure....

Serene was struggling with Niran´s mind.....

Niran had to stop her, he wouldn't let himself be taken over by . . .her.

Leave me alone, please just leave me alone.

Then some other voice spoke in his head

Kill her, kill her now.

The voice was so commanding, he couldn't help himself.
