"I come for you all. My master wishes to speak to you, and I will obey. Come peacefully, or not, either way, you are going."

"Well, I'm sure as hell not coming with you," Niran said "You won' take any of us, and if you want to take Celia, damnit you'll have to go through me first. " Niran said stepping around Death and going in front of Celia.

"Oh, look," Death began mockingly. "A noble knight is defending his fair maiden."

"I will go through you, and it won't be pretty." Death warned. "So do this peacefully and save yourself and your little altmer friend some grief. I grow tired of your rebellious attitude, so to get rid of it, I will say this. Whatever you try to do to me, I will do to your friend, Celia, is it?"

Niran lowered his blade slowly, what had happened to Sel to make him act like this. Sel would never hurt Celia . . .

"Fine then," he said sheathing his sword "Just don't hurt her," he said then he turned to Celia "Celia, you have to make your own decision, if you fight I fight with you. If you comply with Death," he paused "Then I do as well."

Death smiled. "There's a good boy."

he turned to Celia. "Make a good decision. you wouldn't want any of your friends hurt because of you, would you?"

Shadow exited the Wise Woman's Yurt, only to see Jonacin sitting there with the woman who used to be unconcious. He went to them and smiled. "I am glad your companion has awoken," he said to Jonacin. Feeling somewhat uncomfortable, he turned to the Wise Woman. "Is it okay if I sit by the fire?"

"Greetings Shadow , you are welcome to join in in our little celebration, look at your friends over there dancing" she said in her low powerful voice.

Serene

Serene followed the movements of Jonacin in the dance, they were dancing very tight and just had eyes for each other. Serene was thinking this was the happiest moment in her life so far, she wouldn´t mind settling down in the camp with Jonacin, living the life of the tribe, and having Jonacin´s child, but she realised that could not be until the issues with the others were solved.
Her worries were mainly by Sel at the moment, she feared something had gone terribly wrong. Now she tried to forget about that just a little while and fully enjoy the wonderful dance with the man she had become so attatched to....


She felt the presence of a divine force and noticed a faint purple light surrounding her

Anthanes pondered for a brief while. "Hrm...Interesting...I shall go with you to this 'master' of yours, but don't try anything."

Arco was still sitting in the cavern end watching what happend, he had already reached for his two scimitars and held them under his cloak as he kept watching...

"Your master wouldn't be Arcyakt would it?" Arco replied straight out to Sel/Death having no doubt that Arcyakt had done something with him...

As Serene was dancing tightly embraced by Jonacin she started feeling awkward....the purple light intensified.....she could feel the presence of Azura but also of another soul, so familiar to her....

She closed her eyes, concentrating, and as Jonacin naturally reacted to her tension as he always did, she put her finger gently over his mouth, kissed him and whispered to him not to worry......

Then she found out who this other mind was that got into her mind-radar, it was.....it was....noo she couldn´t believe it....it was....Arco!!

Arco was present he was watchful.....alert, maybe she could give him the needed strength to defeat that evil something that threatened the others...

Niran turned to face Death.

"My name is Niran, not little friend."

Anthanes snickered at Niran.

Niran ignored Anthanes

The drunken fool, there's nothing funny about the current situation.

Then he turned back to Celia, awaiting an answer.

Celia hesitated and bit her lip. She did not want her friends to be hurt because of her, but... she herself did not want to be captured and become an experiment for that crazy mage. This is a tough decision for her...

I could always make a run for it, and head into the sandstorm she thought. But that would be abandoning my friends...

She thought about it, then said, "I will go if the others decide to go..."

Niran nodded

"Well, Anthanes is willing already. Konrad, Arco and Fenris, I think have yet to make their decision."

Shadow sighed in relief, but he had barely sat down when suddenly he saw a strange light glowing around the woman. He pulled back, in fear that it might be yet another of Arcyakt's tricks, and grasped the handle of his sword, although he understood the meaninglessness of this gesture. Arcyakt or not, there was nothing he could do to affect this magical aura. So he just watched the dancing couple with growing doubts and fears.

Suddenly Serene stopped dancing....the purple aura grew bigger and more brilliant as she lifted her arms up in the sky, threw her head backwards and with a strange metalic voice chanted:

"Ahhhhhhhhhhaaaaahhhhh" then silence.....


She focused hard, she knew the mind of Arco and struggled to get in mental contact with him, at the same time she slowly put her left hand on Jonacin´s shoulder.....blue flames emerged from her fingers, and Jonacin seemed to be all calm and satisfied with the situation


"Jonacin it´s ok, I can handle it this time, now i know how......" the telepathic message seemed to have found it´s way into Jonacin´s mind...

Jonacin heard Serene speaking in his mind. "how did you get into my mind?" he asked her. He just hoped she would be ok doing whatever it was she was doing

Niran turned around to face Death:

"What exactly does that honoured user Arkyact plan to do with us? Or do you have no idea." he paused and added "Traitor."

Fenris frowned, unsheathing his sword. "You won't take me without a fight," he said, before spitting on the ground. "You are no Arkay, no Death. You're mortal, and you always will be. And if its mortal," Fenris held his sword defensively in both hands in front of him, "I can kill it."

Niran unsheathed his sword

"Allright Fenris, then I'll fight along with you." he looked Death straight in the eyes and addressed him as Sel "Well Sel, let's hope you regain your sanity before you're dead."

"Meh," Osano said, "Nevermind Arcyakt, I can see you must not be in the mood to talk. I will follow this transformed 'Sel'. If he can bring that many people here alive then it would be worth seeing in person. And if he can't, I will help him."

Having heard Arcyakt's conversation with Death, Osano left through the mirror that Death had left through and travelled North through the sandstorm. He eventually came upon a cave and heard voices inside. Osano began to walk lightly as to not be heard; he reached the entrance and peaked inside....

An expression of extreme sadness and regret on her face, Celia tightened her grip on her weapon. Glittering tears fell as she glanced at Sel. "I'm sorry..."

Osano recognized the voices within the cave and listened to the conversation for a moment. Sounds like Death won't have it easy. Guess I'll step in. Osano was very confident in himself and his new strengths. He stepped through the entrance and stepped to the side of death and looked over the soon-to-be captives. They must hate me. Osano smiled and said to them, "long time, no see."

Death looked at everyone. "You are all insane. How can I betray someone I don't even know?" he looked at the giant nord in front of him. "Yes, I guess I can potentially be killed...just not by you. Now stop this stupidity before you regret it."

Before he could say anything else, a dark elf came up behind him. "Leave." he ordered the newcomer. "Or die."

Oh, damnit. Niran thought when he saw Celia cry

Turning around he looked at Sel, allowing him the first move. He was still standing in front of Celia.

He tightened his grip on his sword and braced himself.

Then he saw Osano,

"Damnit, I didn't kill you last time but I will now!"

Fenris grinned. "Yeah, you just keep thinking that Elfie. I could bring this whole damn cave around your pointy ears," Said, placing his Nordic helm on his head. "Now, allow me to illustrate my point." With that, Fenris charged, swinging his Stalhrim longsword horizontally at 'Death'.

"Fenris wait, damnit you forget this is Sel. Don't strike to kill!"

Death didn't miss a beat. He jumped back, avioding fenris's long reach.

"When you are in pain that you can hardly stand, just remember that you brought it upon yourself."

he still didn't swing at any of them.

"You still have a chance to come peacefully. This dunmer, for example," he said, pointing to Anthanes, "Will not be harmed. The next person that tries anything will not have that luxury."

Fenris' only reply was to swing viciously at Death several more times with his sword.

Death brought his blade up, blocking the fierce blows.

"Fine." he spat, springing forward at Fenris and slashing his glowing sword down at an angle while still in the air.

Niran lunged at Death pinning him to the ground

"Lose it Sel, stop acting insane."

Death almost choked on his own laugh. "I am insane?" he asked with a chuckle. "Look at yourself. You think me some long lost friend of yours or something."

Fenris swung his sword at Death's midsection, in a attempt to force him to break of the swing to block, or be bisected.

Death blocked, and as he did, he couldn't help but see the altmer woman's tears. Was he supposed to feel something?

It didn't matter though, his current duel was more important.

"Stop it Sel, stop and think." Niran said then he motioned towards Celia "Look at what you're doing, have you no respect for her feelings. I admit, I'm no better, I've said horrible things, but I regret my actions. The way you're acting I don't think you'll even care!"

Fenris gritted his teeth, holding the weaponlock, before drawing breath and shouting at Death.

Death smiled.

"Master warned me against your tongue, and protected me from it." he said flatly, ignoring Niran.

"Fun," Fenris muttered through grit teeth, before relaxing the push of the weaponlock some, and kicking at Death, aiming for Death's knee.

Death misjudged Aki's intentions in weakening the lock. He had taken the opportunity to stab his sword through the nord's gut.

He felt pain in his knee as he lost his balance, and instead of hitting its mark, his sword tip merely put a minor gash in Fenris's leg.

He quickly regained his composure and took a defensive stance.

Niran lunged at Sel from behind with his sword, aiming for his sword arm.

OOC: trying to cut off his sword arm? so wrong.

He sensed Niran coming and swung his sword out behind him, forcing Niran to duck, back away, or be without a head.

When Death swung at Niran, Fenris swung at Death, this time the blade scything upwards vertically.

Death had no other option. to avoid the Nord's well-aimed blow, he fell over backwards.

When he hit the ground, he turned over on his belly and grabbed NIran's ankles, pulling the imperial to the ground.

He picked up his sword and stood, his sword tip at Niran's neck.

"Is two against one really fair?" he asked in an innocent voice. To Fenris, he added. "Don't try anything, or he dies."

Fenris cursed under his breath, but didn't make any hostile moves.
