Also, the vampire lord's new family will insist on adressing him as mortal and suggest speaking to one's father to 'correct' this issue. The vampire lord may show his power to prove he is not a mortal, but this is considered bad manners.

I'm going through the Companions thing again...And me and Farkie are in Dustman's Cairn...So we get to that bit where there's loads of them...Farkie goes down leaving me with FIVE of them to take out...So I thought...After an epic battle - and two deaths - I finally take the last one down with barely any health left...So I go to take a potion that my health will be restored...

No...I think to meself...I'll get me restoration up...The instant I come back out of the menu Orcie-boy sprawls on his back with a damned arrow in his knee!!...

"Well that's irony..." says the boy from his chair...

"Hmmm..." says I as I switch the PS off...

So the guards are more hardcore than the Dragonborn? At least they survived to make a career-change.


Something I realized a few days ago. Killmoves apply the enchantment of whatever weapon you have equipped to the poor victim. Ok, so far so good. It's nothing to be surprised about. The silly thing is that the game doesn't account for what the killmove's animation actually is.

Clock them in the skull with your hammer of flaming doom? Crispy fire everywhere.
Headbutt them in the face? You're so hot you light people on fire! Yol, baby!

Toss them on the floor and step on their face? Dragonborn stomps so hard the sheer friction makes them burst out in flame!

After the war, Hadvar sits in the Sleeping Giant and drinks all day...he says stuff like "Rikke doesn't even know my name....probably cuz' im no the DRAGONBORN" ...he's so sad

So does Ralof and he says really sad stuff too!
