I hate the people that blame the soldiers for the war...blame bush, not the people that have to follow his orders.

You're welcome
How old are you Fuzzy? because here in Ireland they don't let you use weights until you're 18
Fuzzy Knight
May 30 2005, 05:32 PM
15... And its u need to be 15 to get into the gym, and I think its rather 18 in Ireland because u dont really grow the way u should when u use weights at that age
But I usually stick to weights, I'm "quite" high anyway and grow like darn anyway

But usually do much other strength training without weights too
Wolfie
May 30 2005, 05:33 PM
Yeah it's something to do with the fact that weight training stunts your growth, but by 18 you're pretty much done growing. I wish i could use the gym, i'm so pathetically scrawny in the upper body

Hehe only trained the upper body and arms today, really pushed myself. I can really feel that I can relax in my shoulders and arms, and impressed my old girl friend too

Cool... I've done some free climbing around in Norway, on mountains of course. Not big ones, only... between 10 - 50 meters, that also gives u pretty good muscles in your arms, upper body and some legs. Used to climb in a place not far from the gym I train at, almost every morning in the summer

Yeah, I used to be into soccer and siwmming but it's not my cup of tea. Snowboarding, surfing, climbing and taekwondo are my 4 activities of choice.
