Hmm.. managed to get some tickets after all. Kind of early showing though, 2:00 PM.
Bah, doesn't really matter...
Anyway, I've got another calm day infront of me. I'll probably be heading out in a short while. Seems like the weather here is rather strange. Yesterday it rained and today the sun is shining like there would be no tomorrow.
Wolfie
May 21 2005, 01:19 PM
It's the opposite here lol
Yesterday was really sunny and now it's looking like it's gonna be a miserable day

May 21 2005, 01:21 PM
Well, I guess that's the average Spring for you.
It doesn't know if it should be winter or summer.
Someone should put that thing on a leash...
Wolfie
May 21 2005, 01:22 PM

I bet I could dig up one from somewhere.
The problem would be to catch it though, seeing as it keeps changing its shape all the time.
Wolfie
May 21 2005, 01:24 PM

Sunny days, bleh.

I hate sunny days, because down here in Florida, it gets pretty hot and humid, making us either tired/lazy or bit grumpy, especially when we walk around in a park or Downtown Disney or DisneyWorld area. (Yeah, I still love Disney stuff, so sue me.) Though there are days when it was very windy and chilly, it's HOT and HUMID summer here, and will stay summer for awhile...

Bleh, I hate hot, sunny days.

Aw, poor Minque! :ashamed: *thinks* Uh, speaking of winter, it's been SO long since I last saw snow (does it snow where you are, Minque). :crying4: I miss making snow men and snow dogs and snow angel and-- :incrediblysad:
You don't see any snow down here, maybe some snow flakes that melt too fast to be considered snow flakes. :verysad:
Wolfie
May 21 2005, 05:20 PM
Yeah it never snow here anymore, it stinks. And when we do get snow, for some reason it's always in the middle of March, long after that sort of weather should be gone!
minque
May 21 2005, 05:21 PM
MerGirl: well in my part the southeast sweden it usually snow quite a bit during wintertime, last winter the snow came rather late so it lasted a bit longer than usual, and on some rare occasions it might snow even i late may...that was the situation some 10-12 years ago,,,,,
I reckon florida must really be warm and humid......
Rane
May 21 2005, 05:22 PM
You don't get any snow?
Bah, I saw snow around here even as late as early April....
So in other words, we have a plethora of snow during winters here.
Fuzzy Knight
May 21 2005, 05:25 PM

Well, one thing I liked about cold weather back in Rhode Island you just keep adding on layers of clothing, and it's not...socially wrong.

However, when it gets HOT, I feel like I want to take off ALL of my clothes, but unfortunately I am a girl and taking off everything would be... socially wrong for alot of people?

Hi all:
Just sneaking in for a little cake and ice cream- but I will be glad to share... I brought party favors, some honeysuckle blooms (a tasty treat for those of us in the South), signed and framed manuscript pages from the Story of Trey, and Moon Pies for all. Best of all, I promise not to read from my writing.
If RL finally settles down a bit, I hope to be more active here. We will see.
Have fun.
