Epy: It was mainly because the third browns belts are grading for black on Sunday so our sensei wanted to give them as much practice as he could. The rest of us just kinda followed along lol

EDIT: Yeah lone my senei's pretty flexible like that, though sometimes the other instructors will get lenient as well and he'll get all pissed at them, so he doesn't do it as much. Oh, and as long as one of the conversations is on tae kwon do, I'm testing for brown this month

Nooo! how awful..was it long ago? How bad were you injured? Poor you!

It was around September 04
i was pretty much ok but i was all internally bruised around my left hip. hurt like hell whenever i moved it

can you run now and are you complete movable (so to say)

yup i'm fully mobile now
it was about a month before i could go back to karate and studff without a huge amount of pain

7 years ago I had an operation, removal of the gall-bladder. They didn´t close one of the blood-vessels deep inside me properly so there was a huge leakage. So they had to open up again after 6 hours when I was very low in blood pressure and actually dying....

They opened up, removed all the blood that had assembled inside and closed the blood vessel....

Need I say I did not feel very well after 2 operations in less that 8 hours? I was at the hospital for 2 weeks .....

youch. I was only in the hospital for 2 hours. They checked me over, made sure i hadn't busted anyhting, and then just told me to take it easy for a while. ALthough initially they thought i may have broken my back/neck, because i landed on my back. There was a fire truck just up the road when it happened, and they came down and put me in the neck brace and all that. When the ambulance arrived i was put on one of those hard board things to make sure my back didn't move

Yikes Minque, that sounds awful Well, the good news for us is that you obviously made a full recovery.

thanks guys.....yeah that was an ordeal....brr, Talking about necks , it´s good those hard thingies you are been put onto after an accident....there can be a lot of neck-injuries aside from actually braking the neck...I´m referring to whiplash injuries....

You won´t believe me when I tell you I got a whiplash after falling on my back when skiing..... but I assure you my neck hurts like h.... after a long night by the pc....

Saw Kingdom of Heaven on Thursday.. Nice movie, should go and watch it very Troy, Lord of the Rings, Alexander looking movie but in a way better :lickinglips:

hm it´s on the cinemas here as well, maybe I should watch it....do you think it´s worth the effort of driving 70km, then pay 7-8 euros to see it?

it came out yesterday here, and i was meant to go see it with my friend but he ended up not being able to
so now i wont be seeing it until sometime next week

Came out 4th here... I watched it the 5th, but if u like Lord of the Rings type of movies, huge battles, battle between love or glory and all that stuff... "I'm your father" stuff then u should watch it :goodjob:

hmmm...yeah I like it but not to a very big extent though....too much battle can be a bit boring in the end, but if there´s a historical touich it´s ok....I did love Braveheart though!!!

so how was everyone's day?

quite good actually....husband at work....yes overtime, me and eldest daughter went swimming in the morning, then she studied for her physics exam next week and I wrote another part of my story...made nice lunch, ciabatta with mozzarella and tomatoes a nice salad ..and tonight we had meat-fondue...yummy... :lickinglips:

i slept until 11, then got up and played the pc, then had lunch (waffles and chicken burgers) then played Ninja Gaiden on my XBox for a while, then had dinner (steak pie thingys) then i watched a little tv and then i came online again

I went to work... :eek:

Hehe, I went to work at 4:30 pm till 11:30 pm and got up at 7:00 am and currently I am working till about 1:00 am tomorrow morning.. I hate work...

BTW in Kingdom under Heaven why is it rated ARRR.. err I mean R? I saw there was a little part in there with the knight (whoever the hell orlando bloom plays) and that girl (Bediuons sister?) getting a little frisky.. Just wanna know so that I wouldn't have to censor everything for my little bro who I'm planning to bring to the theaters...

i hate you guys for seeing that before me... Now i have to go see now. maybe today...

By the way Hukai that MTV about Xbox2 thing is going to be coming on pretty soon.
