Arygon surpised that she would use a spell like that stood there stunned, but when she started talking about tying him up, she obviously didn't realise that he was Breton and that the spell had no effect. He stepped forward Dwemer Shortsword raised "Don't even try that again." he pushed the lot of them toward the broken wall, turned around and realised that Jadier had slept thorugh all of that. Wow, Arygon thought to himself, he's a heavy sleeper. Arygon walked over to Jadier and poked him a few times, when the person who had entered the door came back in the ruined wall.

OOC: you have to wait for the other person after doing something major to them. Like paralyzing, you don't just continue, you wait for the other person to make a responce

Esethir started bowing, until he heard Brianna. "You are not tying me up madam. I have come down here to help you and have saved your husband once already - I didn't blow up your wall or threaten to kill you - and I have just been attacked. You have NO reason to tie m up." he told her angrily, sheathing his blade and walking over to them.

It was then that the Breton chose to move, causing Esethir to step back, startled. "Of course." he stated, smiling. This could go his way.

Brianna, Jadierīs bedroom

Brianna just gave up.....she was totally confused and rose her hands to her temples just crying out loud:

"AHHH.....I canīt take no more! How do I know I can trust you? Any of you? You come here bursting into this room ..uninvited, you attack each other..you threaten me....you act weird....AAAHHHH....why donīt you just leave....both of you?"

Brianna sank to her knees, covering her face..totally disoriented, she didnīt bother anymore..they could take her.....
Tellie
OOC: I think it was a bit unfair that you resist all spells...but well well, we just have to figure something else.

Telina Jadiers Bedroom.

Telina, had just managed to jump out of the way of Arygons slash, when he menat thta they was to follow him.

"I'm not leaving", Telina said, dropping her weapons on the ground..."if you want me to come with you, you will have to kill me...and would you actually kill an innocent and unarmed girl...then you are no better than the spawnings of Oblivion", she said with a deep resentment in her voice.

She told Eshetir With a low voice that only he could hear..."I'm sorry for being wrong bout you...can you please help us..."

Then she stepped in front of the hole in the wall, lowering her arms, as if to say..."kill me or let us go".

OOC: Good luck with convincing Telina...she have decided that she rather not go out into the chill night...and when she decides on something...the normal way of cinvincing her would be to let her do as she wants...or to kill her...tongue.gif

Esethir, Jadier's Bedroom

Esethir grimaced as the girl dropped her weapons. If that man layed a hand on her he would spring into action - But otherwise the situation was going well for him. There was no need to act if he could get out of it with as little energy used as possible.

But he did feel an urge to help the two women. His morally good side was attempting to push through his profitabley evil side.
DarkHunter
Arygon was absolutly tired of trying to save these peoples live. Just sat down on the floor. "You know what I'm tired, I've been saving your lives from this assassin and you just beat me up, then I try to help you by getting you out of here by opening a new 'door' and all I get is a spell in the face. I'm just going to let Agnor kill you." Arygon wandered to the broken wall, pushed Telina out of the way, jumped down and looked up "If you want to live come on." He said "Oh yes, Telina you wanted proof right? Here take a look at this document, I took it from Agnor's Office." Arygon turned and walked toward the gate.

OOC: Arygon's going to quit trying to save you, I think that could convice someone he's not trying to hurt them. And the document could be something like a list of payments for the assassins. Oh yes, if none of this goes right, I'm going in the front door, to the basement, and setting another 3 Dwemer Charges down there.

OOC x 2: Ummm.. ignoring the document are we?

Brianna, Jadierīs bedroom

She sighed.....both these guys said they wanted to save Telina and her....but what from? Then she remembered one of them saying "...let Agnar kill them..." So there was a
plot ? now that was interesting.....

Brianna rose fom the floor, brushing the dust from her trousers...

"Iīm not leaving Jadier, Iīll stay by his side no matter what"
Tellie
Telina, Jadiers bedroom

"As will I", she said...as a reply of Briannas words.

Telina, did notbelieve the man a second...he claimed the he had saved them from assassin...well, since he had threatned them by death if they did not follow him...she felt that the person standing in the dorway was much more...polite.

Her thoughts was suddenly broken by the man whoclaimed to be their saviour, when he pushed her out of the way..."HEy you", she shouted after him, and gave away a rude hand gesture.

"Stranger", she said to the man in the door. "Who are you and what do you do here...I still dont entierly trust you, but as long as you show no hostility, I will not do anything against you".

OOC: I know you're like almost one of the goodguys, DarkHunter...but Telina do not...I'm afraid...sad.gif....she just acted againt the one who had shown most hostility...but that does not mean that you can convience them later that you're good...mkay???

Flint Ironwood, clinging to the wall of Agnar's place.

Flint slowly made his way down to the hole in the wall.
Climbing without any help from ropes or magicka was an art, and something that many peole didn't expect a Breton to do these days.

He could hear what sounded like an argument coming from the room.
,,Fools, don't you realize that every guard outside can hear you?" He thought and cursed himself. really, he should just get out of here. But his stupid pride had been hurt when he found out that he had been hired for an assassination. He would protect these people, even if it was just to ease his conscience.
,,Nocturnal, guide my steps." He whispered with his face against the wall.

He finally made it to the hole and dropped into the room.
,,So, I'm all ready now. Shall we leave? And may I hear the details for once in my life?" He said out loud.

Yes, he has now officially decided that he will join the good guys.

Jadier's bedroom

Esethir smiled, bowing once more. "Thank you for giving me an opportunity miss. I am Esethir...Estafus - I am a noble staying here on governmental business, much like Lord Jadier. I came in here to defend you, that is all. And I was merely threatened. If anything, I should be mistrusting you."

Arygon, Outside

Arygon sat down just out side the gate and waited. Sooner or later they'd realise he was telling the truth. If they could figure that out, Esethir's foot & a half of steel would probably explain it to them. Oh, well.

OOC: Telina had a piece of paper thrown at her along with an explanation, doesn't she notice ANYTHING?
Dantrag
Jadier

Jadier picked up the document that Arygon had given and studied it.

"That one was right." he said. "We're leaving."

But that meant....the altmer in his room was the real assassin!

Rahvin

Rahvin strapped on his daggers and decided to figure out what that enormous explosion was that came from around Jadier's room. Sticking to the shadows, he crept out of his room and towards jadier's.

He didn't go in, he merely put his back against the wall beside the door, listening. That was the altmer's voice.

Either he failed at an early attempt, or he's an agent for Jadier. Rahvin thought to himself. If it was the latter, a dagger could remedy the situation.
DarkHunter
Arygon heard the talking inside, and using Beggar's Nose again, he 'felt' that there was someone hiding on the other side of the room door. He ran back scaled the wall, and dived into the room. Arygon ran across the room pushing everyone out of the way and drove his Dwemer Shortsword thorugh the door. "I think I got him." Arygon said to the mystified people in the room. "Oh, yes let me properly introduce myself. I am Arygon, master thief, adventurer and hunter of anything with value. Also Brianna I believe you detected Sheograth's Claymore earlier, so when I next try to rob you I'll leave it at home. Esethir I'll kill you ,if you so much as reach for your sword. Hi, Flint." Arygon finished saying this then pointed the sword at Esethir "You jump out first." Arygon said. Arygon smiled, the plan was back on track.

OOC: Yeah, I'm good.

Thiras

Thiras looked hesitantly from one of the strangers to the other.

Looks like another robbery gone bad.

"I'm-" he hesitated for a second, "Jornas Thirin." Despite being a despicable thief in some people's eyes, Thiras wasn't exactly skilled at telling lies. In fact it generally was obvious when he was or wasn't.

"I'm from - uh Cyrodiil," he didn't lie on that one at least, he was proud to be an Imperial. "I'm, a lord - and I thought that you and your friends here were bandits." He finished lamely.

Deagan, Agnar's estate

Deagan sat forward in the chair and then stood from it after hearing alot of commotion in a room down the hall. In a few seconds he strapped his belt on and stashed his dagger in his boot before slowly opening the doorway, barely enough that he could look out.

Something had caused Jadier to go sooner than planned, he was leaving his room now and they had yet to meet and finalize the plans on the assassination itself.

Guess we'll just have to wing it...

Deagan waited for a moment and slipped out the doorway into the semi-dark hallway, trying his best not to be seen. He backed slowly around the corner in an attempt to conceal himself.

He turned the corner and bumped into something that felt like a person. Deagan turned and put his dagger near the throat of the man in an instant, before withdrawing it and taking a quick breath after noticing who it was.

"Rahvin? What the hell are you doing here?" Deagan whispered, clearly startled

"Nevermind it doesn't matter...what is going on?" He added quickly in the same quiet fashion

(OOC: After reading through 9 pages I realized something was desparately missing from this RP... my first post. Long as always)

EDIT OOC: Post changed to make him closer to gorrmund, his destination

Penne, Somewhere outside Falcreath

Soooooo cooooooold Penne thought, unable to move, clad in a thin green apprentice robe and hood, unable to see passed a blanket of white in front of him. he was a second away from collapsing, and realized he was beginning to feel warmer, a very bad sign. A large silhouette began to approach him, he couldn't tell what it was, and didn't even believe it was really there. When it was a foot away he realized it had been charging. A moment later he was on his back with two massive paws on either shoulder and a hungry muzzle drooling over his face. It gave him a single moment of clarity...

"Thank you, my friend," Penne said to his new bear companion the next morning. (I figure beastcall tranlastes into something much more flexible in roleplaying) His bear companion looked down at him, they were in an icy cave and the bear's body was snuggled around Penne to keep him warm that night. On that note, the bear stretched himself and stood up, circling the cave. Penne began to dig through robes looking for anything he could use for food. There was nothing, the land was bare and empty, and it was far too cold outside to go looking for food.

Penne was picking through his collection of exotic flower petals looking for one he could use to make a warmth potion when his new bear friend made a growl, his head jerked to the North.

Poachers... Penne instantly understood. His bear already began backing up deeper within the cave.

"No, friend. There is no use running away forever. They took your home, your family, everything you held dear and they will continue to track you until you starve, you are a great prize to them. They have intimidated you to the point where you don't even know how strong you really are," Penne told his bear, who understand, and stopped. "Find yourself a good position to ambush, I will attempt to talk them away."

Penne walked out of the cave, and the cold hit him. He had forgotten how cold it was outside.

"Bosmer?!" yelled an Orc poacher in desbelief as the band of five approached. "What are you doing in Skyrim?"

"I fell from the sky, now tell me why do you trespass my territory?"

"Pfft! You have no territory wood-elf!" an imperial with a glass dagger, seemingly the leader, remarked. "We know there's a bear in that cave, we've tracked him for eight days, we know he's there, now get out of the way."

"You'd be surprised how deceptive a bear on the run can be. There are no bears here, they keep very far away from me, they are more perceptive of my abilities than ignorant poachers," Penne said, his hand secretely grabbing hold of some powder in his pocket.

"Oh please, you're shivering like an electrocuted imp!" the imperial with the glass dagger yelled. "Kick his boat!"

The five poachers engaged, drawing their weapons. Penne thrust his pocketed hand forward scattering the power all over them. They stumbled forward in the snow tripping all over themselves.

"I can't see!" one of them screamed.

"Now!" Penne yelled, but his friend was two steps ahead of him, diving for the first poacher he saw. When the blindness on the poachers had faded they saw two of their men were on the ground bleeding. A fight ensued between the bear and other three, but whenever the bear got stabbed or hit too hard a blue blast shot out of Penne's hand which healed the wound.

"Get the wood-elf!" the imperial screamed struggling while the bear batted his paws against his shield. The orc ran over and tackled Penne to the ground.

"Augh!" the orc screamed as he lay frozen on the ground with a stab wound his in stomach. Penne rolled out from underneath him and quickly hit the Orc with a convalesence spell before moving on to reheal his bear.

Realizing he was the only one left, the Imperial began to flee. The bear was charging after him but Penne ordered him to stay back. Penne quickly kneeled by each of the three unconscious and cast a quick spell of convalesence on each.

"They'll survive, but we have to bring them all back to the cave and build a fire," Penne said. The bear looked at him confused.

"Very well, I know I can't ask you to do this, these men committed horrible atrocities. May I ask you this, I will reap their food from them and give it to you, and in turn you will wander back to your home and start your new life, and seek no revenge."

Hours passed. When the four poachers awoke (with very little strength) they found all their food had vanished, and they were all missing certain articles of clothing, boots, fur pants, a fur jacket, a fur hood and gloves. (no armor except boots)

Penne wandered through the snow, now with food in his stomache and warm clothing. His destination was merely a feeling, which was everything he had left right now. Well, almost everything.

Flint Ironwood, Jadier's chambers to palace courtyard.

Flint grinned.
,,So, we're leaving. Alright, I'll cause a small distraction for the guards. We'll meet in the woods or something. Don't worry about finding me, I'll find you." He said and slipped on his mask before jumping out through the hole in the wall. He activated a slowfall spell at the last moment and rolled over the ground. When he rose, his katana was in his hands.

The first guard that came along found a boot coming out of the shadows and into his chest. The guard fell over with a surprised shout. Flint smiled and casually waved his sword in the direction of one of the approaching guards. A blast of Telekinetic force flew out of his sword and made the guard go flying.

Soon enough, half the garrison was outside, shouting and poking at the air in the hopes of finding the invisible intruder. Flint managed to control his laughter. He was simply hiding in the shadows near the wall and sending Telekinetic blasts into the pack of panicking guards. This was fun. He took a quick glance at the hole in the wall upstairs. They'd better leave soon, his katana would run out of charges sometime.

Flint Ironwood, in the courtyard with half of Agnar's guards.

Flint was still having fun with the guards when his sword expended its last charge.
,,Crap, they need more time. Oh, I am so going to regret this." He muttered before throwing a small fireball that was actually meant for lighting torches instead of battle. In doing this, he also gave away his position.

,,Over here. Come on, you bunch of drunken, ice-nosed, rockbrained, beardy Nords!" He shouted while waving his hands as he moved into plain view. He then turned around and broke into a sprint with all the guards giving chase.
,,I should have just stayed in my bed." He spoke to himself and kept running with the pack of screaming Nords on his tail.

,,If those people haven't escaped yet, Agnar can have them. Time to scram!" Flint shouted the third time he passed the main gate while running circles around the courtyard. He then casted a speed spell and a spell that increased the power in his legs. In one giant leap, Flint got himself up to the tip of the highest tower. After looking around to see where the pyromaniacs where, he leaped off in the opposite direction and landed in a nearby lake.

,,I hate water. Those people better pay me when this is over." He said between countless less polite words as he swam to shore. Once back on dry land, he slipped between the shadows of the trees and rushed in the direction that he'd seen the people he was protecting go.

"We left quite a while ago, but Jadier's taking forever to decided which way to go" Arygon replied. Galadile looked at the young person before him. He seemed to be skilled yet humans were so much more clumsy than the nimble elves, and being a wood elf/half elf he was even more poised. Galadile put his bow on his back and talked to the man

"I am Galadile of Valenwood who are you?"

Deagan, Agnar's manor

It was clear that Rahvin was angry about something and it quickly became clear what it was...Esethir had done something to cause Jadier to leave early. Probably tried to do the assassination on his own, Deagan seriously doubted that he was an informant since he'd known him for so long.

Deagan didn't know all the details about how Esethir had blown their operation but he did not question Rahvin's knowledge, it was clear that Rahvin knew more than he did. He looked around the corner and Jadier had already left the manor.

"Damn...we'll have to be quick about getting the others...our mark has already left..." Deagan said

Deagan turned the corner and began walking the hallway before stopping...

Hmmmm...where are the others anyways?

He would wait for Rahvin to assist him in alerting the other assassins.

OOC: Ok Danny, find some way to get all of us together now.

Rahvin, Agnar's Manor

"We don't have time to get them all until we know where the target's headed." he answered. "Say, can you set a mark spell?"

If Deagan could set a mark, then they could go after Jadier alone, and when they located him, come back to the manor to get the others...

Rahvin sighed; and here he had been hoping for a good night's sleep and possibly even a woman to share it with.

"Well?" he asked impatiently.

"A lord from Cyrodiil? Just because I'm rich doesn't mean I'm daft to everything but money and power. I happen to be a lord myself lord Jornas, and I have learned of many cyrodiil members of power and people of interest. And funny enough, I have never come across a noble named Thirin" Gorrmund was losing his will to kill this "Thirin", as it seemed as noble as shooting a dead deer.

"Nor do lords tend to travel alone, and sneak up on people," Ranes added. "Besides, I don't think we look like bandits, or you like a Lord."

Deagan, Agnar's house of cheese

OOC: Lol got tired of putting the same thing...

"I'm an assassin, not a mage..." Deagan said sarcastically

"But I have something that might help." Deagan added in a more serious tone

Deagan dug through his pack for a moment and removed a small blue vial filled with some dark liquid. Luckily he always carried a couple of doses of this magic in a bottle.

"I carry mark and recall potions for times like this...never was good at all that magical stuff." Deagan said

He tilted back his head and took a quick drink from the potion before handing the rest to Rahvin. Things would work out well enough, they would return shortly after they stalked Jadier to retrieve the others.

"This must be a hell of a time compared to your day in prison huh?" Deagan asked with a quick laugh before turning toward the door.

"We'd better hurry." He said quickly

Maybe this Rahvin guy isn't so bad, he seems unprofessional...but then again I'm sure some would think the same about me...

Rahvin, Agnar's Manor

Rahvin didn't answer Deagan's remark about prison; he merely flashed him a warning look. Rahvin gulped the potion before making his way down the hall.

"Well, that's what the explosion was." he said flatly when he got into Jadier's room, noting the giant hole in the wall.

OOC: is Esethir around this area still?

Somewhere...

Aaron faintly realized he was breathing in cold, acrid tasting dirt, and to his suprise he was laying face down on the middle of a path. He tried to stir himself, but his muscles were un-responsive. Besides that he had no feeling in his feet, and thoughts of his flight had simply motivated him to stay there on that position, even if it were so cold.

If fact it was so cold that he felt sleep slowly overcome him, it was however not a bad feeling, but something told him to resist it.. something..

Soon Aaron was fast asleep in the growing snow upon the path as Hypothermia was setting in.

(OOC: I intended to enter my character where Red's was but my computer messed up and I couldn't post anything so if someone will find me.. and save me (remeber meh bio) I would be happy.)

Penne, pretty far off from Falcreath

Penne's stomach was making noises again. How he longed for the lush forests of Valenwood where whenever he felt for a snack he could walk no more than twenty feet and find a nice black berry bush or a similar food item. He had long since parted with his bear, and the once freezing Penne clothed only hin his light green Sage Apprentice robes was now dressed from head to toe in fur. He managed to find a place for what he had left of his collection of blinding dust, and for his healing potions. If only he could find himself a mortar and pedestal and he was sure he'd be able to brew up a potion of warmth out of some of the stuff in his collection.

Across his back he carried a wooden bow and a quiver full of wooden arrows. He carried a lot of poisons with him, too, in assorted places. None of his poison was particularly deadly or painful, but more ore less escapist stuff like his blinding powder, which if mixed with water and drank would cause blindness for an hour, though that was useless, so the powder was one of the few concoctions he left in dry form.

Night was harsh, hardly doable even in his thick fur. It would take a lot of getting used to, especially from a Valenwood chum who was used to thin robes or simple cloth capris if anything.

He felt his foot hit something other than snow. Looking down he saw the figure of a man buried in snow. Slightly panicking Penne began shoveling through as fast as he couldm finally grabbing hold of some leather clothing. He quickly grabbed the man by each shoulder and pulled him out of the snow.

"Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear," Penne starting to pant as he pulled the man up to his lap and felt for a pulse. "Slow, too slow, he said instinctely releasing the heaviest convalesence spell he knew, which worked. Strangely enough, ever since he happened upon that amulet all his magic spells worked almost every time.

Penne also cast a quick detect creature spell to be sure the imperial had no companions near by. He was fortunate there was no one else, but also hoped he'd be able to sense a bear or wolf in the area he could use to help.

He laid the imperial on his back in the ditch where he was pulled from and moved on the start building a moun of snow to block the wind, occasionally casting a quick convalesence spell on the imperial to keep his pulse above nothing. As he worked, he also began to mutter to himself.

"To the divine mother and all her children hear me now I ask you humbly to save this man. To the divine mother and all her children..."

When the mound was complete Penne dumped all his wooden arrows on the ground and fixed them up in a little pile, then went on to make a fire. He breathed a sigh of relief, even if he had the right ingrediants to make a potion of warmth he would need a mortar and pedestal to mix them together. He could do nothing more now. As he thought that, he drifted off the sleep in front of the fire, laying his back again the mound he built.

OOC: Ok Konrad, we're dragging your guy along for now, if this conflicts PM me and I'll edit.

Deagan, Jadier's room

Deagan followed closely behind Rahvin, he hated being a follower but in this case he would rather be in the rear. He'd seen that both of Jadier's companions had bows.

As he walked into Jadier's room he noticed the hole in the wall, as well as Esethir standing aimlessly to the side. Deagan grabbed his arm quickly and half dragged him along.

"Come on mate, lets go...something caused Jadier to leave prematurely...the old plans are done...we have to follow them." He said in a dull voice, knowing that Esethir had some involvement in Jadier's decision

He turned to Rahvin,

"We have to catch up to them quickly...we can't risk losing them...I need this contract." Deagan said

Deagan turned to leave the room and go outside in search of their target. He looked out the hole in the wall and dropped down to the ground before looking back up at Rahvin.

"Coming?" He asked as he left, Esethir followed closely behind.

OOC2: Hope that wasn't like a two story window or something. laugh.gif

Rahvin, Outisde Agnar's Manor

You need this contract? You aren't the one threatened with life in a penal colony. he thought bitterly.

He was getting rather tired of Deagan's commentary, but he did have to work with him on this.

"I'm coming." he answered, stepping out into the snowy cold. "There aren't any tracks to follow." he lamented. There was so much snow falling that whatever tracks were there minutes ago had now disappeared.

"Which way?"

Aaron Christophe
Penne's Camp

It had been like this for hours, days, even years maybe! Aaron's vision had fled him and he feared he might be suffering from a permanent blindness. Oddly enough however, he didn't feel cold anymore, that was a sure relief, but another trouble ailed him.

The beating.

Someone, or something kept beating a damnable drum, or stick or something! The sound reverberated around the darkened mass, infiltrating all his senses. However, the more Aaron listened, the quicker the sound happened, it was more then a beat, it was a rythm. To his dismay, he realized it was his own heart he was feeling, or hearing. And to further his disbelief, the darkness was not eternal, nor was it blindness!

Slowly he fluttered his eyes open, it seemed as if another body, but he grasped control over it. Within minutes he could finally stand to let his eyes stand strong, and what he saw stregthened him. It seemed that person, or that of the sort, all layed him shelter and built a fire even. Silently Aaron praised the Gods, for his lips could still not move.

Though he had no recognition of time, he suspected that the sun might rising soon...

Penne, camp

Penne awoke to a sun approaching some height in the sky. He figured it was tennish, considering where the sun was. Still, he didn't know where he was relative to Valenwood so it could be anywhere from 8 to twelve. Who knew what the sun did in the North?

Yawning, he sat up, ruffling snow from his body. That would have been a miserable, sleepless night if building the the camp didn't take him to the brink of passing out.

As he gethered himself up he checked the pulse of the Imperial. As his fingers reached down to the neck, he felt the neck muscles tense in reaction.

"You're awake," said the bosmer, looking down. "Can you stand? I'm afraid I have no food but if you're any good with that bow there is some strange sort of boar like beast due West of here strutting around."

Flint Ironwood, crossroads

Flint was busy with looking out for trouble when he heard some leaves rustle nearby.
,,What in Nocturnal?" He thought and looked for the source of the sound.
There it was, a bush was moving, but not through the wind and he couldn't see anyone.

,,Oh, crap." He muttered when he realized what was going on. Those fools were running headlong into danger. Nobles, they were all the same. Couldn't even appreciate some help.

,,Hey, come back here! Come back you stupid....HATSHJIE!" Flint sneezed loudly.
,,Damn, now I've got a cold. I knew jumping in the lake was a bad idea." Flint muttered between various curses and focussed on a healing spell. When he felt better, the lord and his two women had already gone too far to track.

,,Yeah, go ahead! Leave me behind! Go and be a good boy who runs straight into the arms of those assassins! See if I care!" Flint shouted through the forset and then sat down near a tree where he pulled out a small bottle.

,,Want something to drink?" He said to Arygon.
