Stauros->Base Camp

"Okay then, so is there a ride I can use? I really don't ant to walk." Stauros smiled.

Sel, New Vivec

"I'm coming." Sel said flatly. "But what exactly is it that we're doing?"

Akar, On the Road

Akar just sat there, poking at the fire; he guessed that it was his watch, seeing as everyone was asleep.

Serene, new vivec

"Ehhh....I´m not sure, but we could stick with Jonacin.....and hope h knows ..or..maybe Lord Megil will appear and tell us what he´ll need us to do...I mean after all he knows us from before, he´ll know what he want us to do......I guess"

Serene smiled faintly as she poked around in her backpack, for no particular reason


Dahleena, on the road

She woke up after some hours´sleep.....but did not move, Akar said nothing he just sat there keeping an eye of things, but he must be tired, he´ll need some sleep, so she decided to do something about that

"Hey, handsome," she said slowly, "Now you get some sleep and I´ll watch out, come here put your head in my lap and lie down"

Dahleena stroke Akar´s hair very gently.....and kissed him on his cheek...

:We're headed to the wall. I'm supposed to relieve an officer there"

"Ah yes dear, you told me...sorry i have so much on my mind now so I keep forgetting. But could we be of any assistance on the wall you think? I mean mabe there´s need for a healer.....eventually..."

"Only way to find out is to go" With that, Jonacin turned and headed for the wall

Miles Plao, A short distance Outside New Vivec

Miles approached a soldier with caution, his hand on the hilt of his sheathed sword.

"Excuse me . . .what in the name of Oblivion is going on here?"

(OOC: Anybody defending New Vivec from the Silhouette, I assume my character just asked one of your soldiers.)

ooc:I'm assuming you are outside of vivec so it would either be Florodine's or my troops and because Florodine isn't on i'll assume you are talking to mine...

Random soldier->Camp

The soldier turned and grabbed the hilt of his sword.

"Wh, Who are you? As you can see someone is attacking Vivec. As for who, I don't even know that, we just arrived here a while ago and took the camp."

Dalrus, New Vivec



"Oh yes, just grab onto a kagouti, there a few spare, from the fallen riders."she said kindly "Soldiers! set up those battlements now. If another force comes, we won't be able to hold without it. I want all archers ready, scouts to be sent out, and knights to be ready for battle" She shouted at everyone.



Florodine, New Vivec




Florodine stood in the midst of a carnage of dead orcs and goblins. He had dashed by himself towards the main orc leader, and there had slain him. However he was soon surrounded, and fought untill, the hands noticed their leader in trouble and dashed in, and cut to pieces are around him. His armor still shined golden, and he awaited news from the battle within the city.

Stauros->Camp

Stauros walked over to a kagouti and hopped on. HE turned the thing around and headed to Dalrus, "Well see ya later, wish me luck, and to know the right words." Stauros rode off tward Florodine's troops and hoping they wont attack him on accident.

Florodine, New Vivec




Florodine sliced the head off of another orc. There were still many orcs and goblins in the area, however most were spread out and pillaging the countryside manors and such. Florodine dispatched a group of his men to each manor and waited for any kind of word from the city. He walked towards the wall, and hailed the gate men.

"Open the gate, i must talk with Serene of Redoran" he shouted up to the gate captain

Stauros->New Vivec

Stauros fought his way tward Florodine and heard him call up to the guard. "Hail Serjo Florodine. It seems we want the same thing. I am Serjo Stauros from the great house Hlaalu."

Florodine, New Vivec



"Hello serjo, what is it that you need to talk to me about. You are hlaalu by your emblem if i am correct. Your men faught well today, and i will be sure to give them payment for that" he said officially

Megil-Vivec

"What is the status of the enemy?"

"Sir most have retreated, those that remain are being cleaned up by troops from Hlaalu and Molag Mar."

"Very well, it is time to begin cleaning up. extend the bridge and allow the troops into the city. Then I went the troops out and cleaning up this mess. We will hold a council for the public tomorrow since we will have a lot of rumors to quench."

Stauros->Vivec

"Thanks you for the complement, your fought well too. I came to ask you if you would like to join forces and wipe out the remaining big legion of goblin and orcs just over the hill over there." Stauros dismounted.

"Ah it looks like they are lowering the bridge now."

Miles, Outside New Vivec

Miles nodded, taking a moment to peer around.

"Miles Plao, citizen of the Imperial Province of Cyrodiil."

"Who's in charge around here?"

Random soldier, New Vivec


"Well there isn't one commander, however the main leader of the army here, is Florodine. The other soldiers are Hlaalu. I will take you to Florodine though" he said geturing to miles.


Florodine, New Vivec



"Yes i think attacking them now, would be less fatal then later when they can prepare more. You have two hundred archers, or so, so i will put you in command of my three thousand archers, and you can take them to the hill and fire upon the camp with flaming arrows. My soldiers will be at the bottom of the hill, and when you give the signal that the orcs are pouring out of their camp, i will charge up with the rest. The knights of caldera will be on the other side of the camp, and when my troops engage with them in the front, the lady and her knights, will come from behind and slaughter them."

Sel, New Vivec

"I'm sure they'll take all the help they can get." Sel said, ready to get going.



Akar, On the Road

"I'm not tired." Akar replied after thinking about Dahleena and why he shrugged off all of her advances. He couldn't think of any, other than the fact that in his experience, he was always the one to do things like that.

Well, that can easily change. Akar thought as he kissed Dahleena.

Miles nodded again, "Lead the way, I'll follow."

Random Soldier, New Vivec



"Very well" he said plainly and lead Miles towards Florodine. Florodine was surrounded by five her hands, in his golden armor, and thousands of ordinators marched around preparing for their next attack up the hill.
"There he is,"

Serene, New Vivec

So they were off, Jonacin, Sel and Serene.....now Serene got a strange feeling someone wanted something from her, someone wanted to contact her...she felt it very strongly and it made her shrug a little bit..she couldn´t figure out who it was that wanted to see her.....

OOC: Florodine! Serene feels your desire to speak with her!.....And will there be some "happening" soon for those three who are heading towards the Wall?


Dahleena, On the road

Dahleena noticed Akar´s hesitation when she made her moves..and thought that maybe she somehow went too fast...men usually wanna be the ones that make "moves" to women..but she was so fond of this half-dunmer..she got soo good feelings just being arouind him so she couldn´t restrain herself....having had the job she had, she was used to make approaches to men......but also if her ways did Akar feel awkward...she really would try to ......but by Nirn how she loved him!

When he kissed her, she was in heaven.....her answer to that kiss was very warm....it really was no doubt that she was very fond of him.

What sould they do in Vivec?.....There could very well be a war going on.....or whatever......She didn´t really care though...as long as she was together with Akar

Dahleena sat by the fire, holding tight to Akar and just let her thoughts fly.....

OOC:Well if she comes to the wall, she could see florodine's armor, which is a dead give away, and of course she's heard of him, since he's a national hero



Florodine, stood talking with his men about the up coming battle

Miles Plao

Miles pushed his way through the soldiers.

"Excuse me, I apologize for the interruption." He said to the soldiers. Then he turned to Florodine.

"Florodine, apparently you're in charge of operations around here."

Miles paused.

"I'll ask you since your soldiers seem a little lost themselves. Whats happening here, besides the obvious that New Vivec is under siege. I need to know if entrance to the city has been cut off for the moment, and if so, do you know when will the city be accessible again?"

Florodine, New Vivec




"Well yes the city was attacked, however the main part of the fighting is over, the city is saved, and the bridge is lowered so access is not open into the city"

ooc:sorry I watched a movie and completely forgot about this.. my bad and Serene Stauros(Otik) wants to see you as well....

Stauros->battlefeild

Stauros nodded to Florodine and headed to Florodine's archers. Stauros looked up at the wall and made his way to them.

Miles Plao, Outside New Vivec


"Well, I don't think there's any need for me to go hurrying off anywhere. I might be of some assistance if I were allowed to partake in any final operations your soldiers are carrying out."

Florodine, New Vivec



"Yes you may come, any help may come, but be forwarned the orcs are going to fight to the death, and are angry at their losses"

Serene, New Vivec, approaching The Wall

"Hmmm....I see some familiar faces there,.....isn´t it....oh is it really...Florodine...Florodine of Hlaalu, what is he doing here?"


"Greetings serjo....is it really you master Florodine?" Serene smiled as she approached the man standing talking to another one who also seemed awfully familiar.....

(OOC:Minque, Miles should look nearly exactly like Niran, except younger.)

Miles Plao, Outside New Vivec

Miles raised an eyebrow, turning towards Serene.

"I was starting to wonder if any other people inhabited this area besides the soldiers. It seems awfully empty."

Florodine, New Vivec




"Yes i am he, though now i am not called florodine of hlaalu, florodine of molag mar"

Serene, New Vivec

"Ah ok serjo , I´m happy to meet you anyway" she said to Florodine. Then she noticed Miles....and went all pale..

"Is it-......oh it can´t be.....but..but.....are you...in anyway related to.....to Niran?" Serene didn´t believe her eyes.........she swallowed and coughed....then managed to compose herself and smiled faintly

Miles Plao, Outside New Vivec

"Yes, he's my brother!" Miles exclaimed.

"I'm glad I encountered someone who knows him, you must tell me where he is."

Sel, New Vivec

"Niran's dead." he said flatly. He was suddenly reminded of the scene of Megil killing Niran. It had been so long ago, and MEgil seemed to have gone crazy; did Megil still suffer from spells like that? He also remembered how mad he had been at Megil for killing Niran. Had he been mad because he hadn't gotten to kill the obnoxious man himself, or because he hated to see him die? He couldn't even tell himself which.

"Niran was a great man." Sel added unconvincingly.

Dimitre
Road

Dimitre just watched as the two lovebirds embrase each other. For that instance, his sarrows drifted off with the rising smoke from the flames.

Ambers lit up all three of their faces, and saw how much they braught out the effection between Dahleena and Akar. It was truely a perfect moment that he hoped would never end.

Dimitre started caughing uncontrollably. It startled him for a second as he tried catching breaths in-between caughs, trying to pass them off as laughs of enjoyment. Weather or not that was fooling the two, he didn't know. Dimitres' arm started to hurt now also, pain rushing into his chest. Dimitre didn't know what was happening to him, all he knew that he felt like he was moving very slowly and that he was aloof to almost all concious thoughts, except for one. Dahleena and Akar were having a great time togeather, enjoying the moment, and he did not want to ruin it for them because in his eyes they looked so peaceful.

Knowing that, Dimitre stood up from the campfire where he started feeling the pains, and clutched his arm as if squeezing the life out of it would stop the pain, and faded out of view from the lights of the fire. Did the two see him? He didn't know, he just wanted to get away as soon as possable.

Dimitre approached a nearby tree, sat down, and leaned up against it, still gripping his arm. Dimitre noticed himself slipping in and out of conciousness. He feared that if he fell asleep he would never wake up, and so he struggled with all his might to stay concious, but eventually lost the struggle. The last thoughts going through Dimitres' head was this,

"Heh..... I'm a walking curse... I hope they find me in the morning. . . and hopefully know a healing spell or something...." then with Dimitres last concious breath, he caughed up a handful of blood, then slunched over on the tree, motionless.

OOC: You guys can either choose to find me, and do something to get me back on my feet or forget and walk past my chars body. Hes not dead by the way, just appears that way.

Miles Plao, New Vivec

Miles didn't even attempt to listen to Sel's last words.

He stood silent for several seconds, his hands shaking, before he ran one through his hair slowly.

"I . . guess it was a waste then. A DAMN WASTE OF MY TIME!"


"Why the hell did I even bother coming here?!" He asked desperately, taking several steps backwards and falling over.

He stood up, and tried to regain some civility.

"Forgive me, I . . I shouldn't have been that shocked. He has been gone for so many years after all, and I never met him myself. My parents-" Miles cut himself off.

"I'm babbling aren't I?" Miles asked sadly "I just have so many questions, so many darn questions."

Serene, New Vivec

"Your brother? Oh that´s why you looked so familiar" Serene said calmly, then she continued in a sad voice:
"I´m afraid it is like Sel here said, Niran......is not among us anymore, i´m afraid....but if you haveany questions...ehh...I could try answering them but...it was so long ago and a lot has happened since then, so I´m not sure I can be of much help to you...anyway I´m very sorry for your loss and I give you my condolences" Serene put her hand gently on Miles´shoulder, not much comfort but she didn´t really know how to handle this. She knew very well how Niran was...killed and she had almost the same thoughts about him as did Sel, so she figured the best thing would be not to say too much.



Dahleena, on the road

After a while Dahleena had to stretch her legs for a bit, so she gently put Akar´s head on her folded coat and started to walk around. She wondered what had become of Diimitre, she didn´t see him around , maybe he´d gone for a walk? Stupid to walk around in te middle of the night, but Dimitre was a bit odd so....

She almost stumbled over huis lifless body, just a few yards outside their camp!

"DAMN IT, AKAR HELP!" Dahleena got a nasty schock , she immediately saw it was Dimitre who lied there motionless.....and naturally she assumed he was dead!

She cried out loud, in horror, not the smartest thing to do but in that moment she was just a little scared girl.....

Miles Plao, New Vivec


Miles nodded.

"I'm just dissapointed." He sighed and stared blankly forward.

"I left Cyrodiil hoping to find him here, but I found nothing- except this war."

"I have nowhere to go, and I'd really appreciate it if I could-sorta tag along with you two." Miles looked hopefully at the two.

Sel, New Vivec

Niran's brother staying around me? Hell no. he thought forcefully, making sure that the thought entered Serene's brain.

"Couldn't you go back home?" Sel asked, trying to keep the hopeful sound out of his voice.

Akar, On the Road

Akar got up immediately and ran towards the place where he heard Dahleena scream.

"What the hell's going on?"

Serene, New Vivec

Serene quickly glanced at Sel, to show him she had read his thoughts and that she understood his wish, then she turned to Miles aying:

"I´m afraid it would be impossible for you to join us as we have an assignment here, that´s .....ehh...private, so the best for you would certainly be to go home and tell your family of the sad loss of Niran, so you can mourn him properly"
She was really not fond of the thought of Niran´r brother hanging around them herself, it made her feel uncomfortable.....besides there was too much at stake now here in Vivec, so she had to concentrate on other things. And....there was Leni to think of, if this Miles was anything like Niran he could very well get the thought of doing something not nice to the little girl, just for the fun of it or to fit his purposes.


Dahleena, on the road, in the forest

"Here, Akar! he´s just lying here.....oh eeeeeeek, I think he´s dead, help me please!"
Dahleena jumped up and down, totally panicked ........and at her feet the motionless body of Dimitre was lying in a rather uncomfortable pose...

Sel, New Vivec

When Sel thought about it, this boy could be different from Niran, especially if he had never met of him. He still didn't want to take the chance unless he had to. Unconsciously, Sel looked at the scar on his arm where Niran had put a dagger through it.

Akar, On the Road

"Damn." Akar said in frustration as he knelt down and inspected Dimitre's limp form, trying to figure out what was wrong.

"If I knew what the hell was wrong I could heal him!" Then a thought occured to him; if he could try to reach into Dimitre's thoughts wth the power his mother gave him, he might be able to find out. But that required Dimitre knowing what was wrong. What iff he didn't know?

(OOC: Man? Miles is 15. He was ten when AMU took place)

Miles, New Vivec


Miles opened his mouth to interrupt Serene, but waited until she'd finished.

"Well . . ." he said uncertainly "That would be a problem. I'm sorta short on money right now . . . if any of you could spare just a few coins."

Not very friendly are we? Miles thought bleakly.

The prospect of walking home was absurd, at least to Miles. He had done plenty of traveling by Silt Strider, and there was no point in wasting so much time on foot.

"I mean, if you didn't have any to spare I suppose I could make the journey on foot."

Like heck I’m gonna walk, I’ll just have to do some . . . looting.

(OOC: If you didn’t notice, I’m trying to make him as similar to Niran as possible, minus the arrogance, but that might be a little hard. In fact, Niran also asked for a few coins as his introduction, you might recall. Also, even though you’ve turned down Miles, he’s going to find some way to stick around. It’ll probably be through various mischievous methods. Remember, Miles is only a teenager. )

Sel New Vivec

"Where do you live?" Sel asked. He didn't have any coins to give, but if it was anywhere on Vvardenfell, he could travel with him. He was only a teenager, after all.

Miles, New Vivec

"Cyrodiil, the capital of my home province." Miles said with an exasperated sigh.

He nodded to the two.

"I suppose I'll be on my way now." He said as he strode off.

Yeah, on my way to find a place to hide out for the night. Then I'll just pounce any unsuspecting passer by, and grab some money.

Sel, New Vivec

"You won't get there." Sel said to Miles' turned back. "There's a blockade."

Mentioning Cyrodiil sort of made Sel homesick.

Miles, New Vivec

Miles turned back around.

"You're kidding right? They're blockading Cyrodiil? Who?"

Miles eyes darted from the Dunmer to Imperial woman and back again.

"You two don't have anything to do with it do you?"

Sel, New Vivec

"The Empire put a blockade around Vvardenfell to contain the House War." Sel answered, ignoring the stupid question about them having something to do with the blockade.

Serene, New Vivec

Serene stood quiet and listened to the two conversating each other, she knew what Sel was thinking without revealing to him thar she knew.....she thought that he was rather kind who didn´t just chase the boy away..but then again..he was just a child but still he was the brother of Niran and she didn´t trust him ....

"It´s like he said, " she said to Miles, so very well......you can stick around then.....

"It´s just that we´re gonna watch you...veeeeeery closely, we don´t want any thing happen like it did with your brother so you better behave young man"



Dahleena, on the road

"Is he dead? Oh Akar...please help him, you can do it...if you´re the son of that famous witch Serene, you just gotta have some healingpowers!"

Miles, New Vivec

Miles nodded, "Thanks," he said holding out a hand to shake the Imperials.

"Miles Plao."

Serene, New Vivec

"My pleasure, Serene Vaninius" She smiled......and gave Sel a quick glance....

"I think we have to be off now"
