Okay, this is going to sound weird and off-topic, but I would like to make sure I got enough effects or at least that is good enough for a military simulation project:
I'm going off-line to eat right now, but, I would appreciate it if (you don't have to if you don't want to) everybody would PM me what would you hear if you were a soldier in Iraq.
What I'm doing for the project at this time is researching what would you hear during the Iraqi War as a soldier. I'm trying to gather ideas for sound effects. Here is my list so far:
-screams/yelling of mobs/people
-cars screeching
-rumbling (of large vehicles or tanks)
-shuffling and clicking/clunking of feet and/or gear
-crying/weeping
-foreign languages (any in particular, if any one knows?)
-shouting
-gunshots
-muffled voices (hostages?)
-loud talking, rough, tense voices
-police sirens
-glass breaking (someone breaking in or something)
Please, PM me any ideas/suggestions of sound effects that a soldier would encounter when in the war. Thank you.
On-Topic: Well, I'm going to eat, but I'll probably be back most likely. See ya!
