Konrad noticed also, watching Celia out of the corner of his eye. He got up and sat between sel and Sasal. "You seem to ask a lot of questions of him? Are you in the Imperial Legion or something?" he asked, raising one eyebrow.

Niran raised an eyebrow at this question,

"I don't think so, I've killed enough of them I should know. He doesn't have the attitude."

Curious, Celia asked Niran, "What does attitude have to do with it? I mean, I've met alot of snobby Imperials, but that doesn't mean you and Konrad, and Serene are snobby, too! People are different."

"Thank you Celia" Serene smiled, "You always have something nice to say to and about people"

She liked being with the group again, she really liked the young altmer-girl, Sel, Konrad and ....also Niran....It had been too long they were apart and hadn´t it been for Jonacin..she would probably have killed herself.....

"Well, we can find out easily," Niran said "Let's judge by his response.

Then he jumped up and grabbed at the shirt of Sasal and unsheathed his sword bringing it to his neck.

"Are you in the damned Imperial legion," He asked.

(OOC:Sorry Minque, had to post because I had to leave.)

Konrad jumped up with a cry and jumped at Niran, toppling him over. "What do you think you are doing? Be reasonable!" he shouted at him, picking himself up. He drew his sword and stayed defensive, standing in between Niran and Sasal. "This is not how you should act. Grow up!"

"Guys!" Serene said in a sharp voice, "NO more fighting!" let´s just be reasonable and talk this over shall we?"

Niran didn't listen to Serene

"This boy still has to pay for that little incident on the cliff, remember Konrad."

"Oh, dear!" Celia stood up and put a hand onto Niran's shoulder. "Calm down, Niran. I know Konrad's a brat, but please, just, try to hold onto that temper for a little while longer... and save your energy when we will really need it..." She glanced at Sasal from the corner of her eye as she talked.

(OOC: Konradude... what did Niran do to Konrad to make him act that way, anyway?)

Konrad let his guard down. "I remember. You deserved it!" he shouted at Niran. "I hope you will not try and attack me, for you will lose." he told the hotheaded imperial.

Niran didn't lower his sword, and he shook Celia's hand off.

"No, damnit if it were Sel who had been hurt you wouldn't say such things. Now get off!"

He ran at the foolish young Konrad.

(OOC: Hotheaded!!)

"I SAID STOP IT" serene was incredibly angry now and quickly cast a paralyzation spell

THERE! that´ll teach you

Niran froze, and angry thoughts went through his mind,

Damn that woman! If she can't stand the sight of fights then she shouldn't be traveling all over, what an idiot!

Celia sighed and sat next to Sel again. Sel would have held his temper, Niran! That's the difference between you and him...

She snapped at Konrad and Niran, "You are both immature idiots, do you know that?" She said, exasperated. Goodness, enough is enough!

(OOC: Go, Serene! Show those boys what you are made of! )

Serene clearly heard Niran´s thoughts....which made her really mad...so she decided she ´d put a silence-spell on the young man and also deprive him of his memories....temporarily


OOC: Now you´re in trouble! Serene is noone to mess with...

OOC: You all are frozen now temporarily, except Celia and Sel....but I´ll release Konrad in next post...

What the hell is going on?

Serene released Konrad from the paralyzation, mainly because she thought him more sensible than Niran.....Niran on the other hand looked as was going to explode so she went over to him...looking him right into his eyes and started hypnotizing him-......


(OOC: Hope you don´t mind gamer10??, I´m just trying to calm him down a bit but if you don´t like it i´ll just let it be)

(OOC: Don't calm him, let him be without his memories. For only a little bit. It'll be cool, because let's pretend she just erased his memory up until he was on the run from the imperial legion, recently after his sister's and mother's death. )

Oh, damn. This is probably another nightmare. Why the hell can't I move?

(OOC: Ok. so I will just hypnotize his memories away like you said, when the hypnosis wears off he´ll remember again. See I´ll have to go soon to prepare supper so you can let him be without memories as long as you like I´ll put Serene back with Jonacin before i leave)

The hypnosis depried Niran of some part of his memories, which seemed to calm him ....but veeery little , the man was still quite outraged


After her actions Serene went back to Jonacin, embracing him hoping he wouldn´t have mind her actions against the two men

(OOC: Sry Minque, thought I doubt it matter because Arco isn't involved right now )

Arco opened his eyes, tried to ignore the little fight that was going on. But it wasn't that easy. He turned to the side away from the others, he focused more on Arcyakt now... If Arcyakt was such a big threat, he could even control a dragon. Why are they sitting around here, this group doesn't even work together. At least not all. If it doesn't work out, we'll fail. And I'll go through death because of nothing! Arco thought to himself..

Serene didn´t know what would become of them anymore...she had a terrible headache and turned to Celia:

"Celia! Do you by any chance have something to cure my headache? I have run out of herbs and healing myself is not gonna work right now, I´m too upset!"


OOC Gamer, well you decide! if you want him mobile then ok!

"Oh! Uh..." She took up her woolen sack, and scavenged for some herbs. "I think I may... Oh! Here you go... Though I can't garantee that it's fresh.." She handed Serene some herbs, and sat there, watching Niran's reaction...

Niran looked around, he had been captured. In his sleep?

He slowly backed away from everyone, who were these people.

He knew the bounty of his head was much too high for anyone to resist, people would go to huge lengths to get that money . . .

(OOC: This is going to get weird.)

Celia raised an eyebrow. "Whatever did you do to him, Serene?" She tilted her head and giggled. "He's acting like he's never seen us before..."

She leaned forward. "Are you feeling okay, Niran?"

Startled at being spoken too, Niran looked at the young altmer lady, she looked his sisters age. What did she ask?

Then he turned and ran,not knowing where, he had to use every chance he had of escape.

Where the hell am I? he didn't recognize his surroundings, it didn't look like Cyrodiil at all.

OOC: OMG where is he going to gamer??? jeez,,,hmm)


Serene crushed the herbs she got from Celia, smiling, oh just the right things, exactly what she needed..


"Aww thank you my dear " she smiled at Celia....looking astonished after Niran where was he going? Maybe she had to call him back??

Niran picked up speed until he left the camp, he noticed many people staring strangely at him as he passed them. His hand wandered to his sword but he didn't unsheath it.

(OOC: I have absolutely no idea. )

"NIRAN!!!!" Serene tried to telepath him "STOP IT! COME BACK..."

She focused hard....and....received a faint contact with the brain she just manipulated

Niran froze and turned his sword unsheathed, ready for a fight . .

Damnit, not another crime to add to my bounty. Wait a minute, what was that?

(OOC: If his memory comes back he'll remember his mind being manipulated, and he'll be angry that they forced him back into this state of terror. )

Sel hadn't really been in the talking mood - his friends being questioned about his past...who was this Salas? Was he a bounty hunter?

He was roused from his private thoughts when Niran went crazy and ran off.

"What the hell is wrong with him?" Sel asked Celia.

Niran!!! come back to me.....Serene called again....maybe he´d stopped now..

comeeeee please..cooooommmeee, we are friends we wish you no harm...

Serene regretted the manipulation, poor Niran, she cried silently continously calling Niran back

What the hell, who's talking to me? Niran looked around, no one was there.

He kept his sword out, he wouldn't fall for such tricks. Slowly he continued backing away from the camp.

Sel didn't wait for Celia to reply. He got up and walked towards Serene.

"What did you do to him?" he asked.

IHe was violent, I paralyzed him then I deprived him partly of his memories as I did to you Sel! Serene cried, but he ran away! and I´m trying to call him back!

Please go after him!!!

Anthanes grunted. "And THAT, woman, is why one should use arcane power with CARE." He grumbled a bit under his breath. "Stupid imperials...stupid women...stupid imperial women..."

OOC: since shadow destroyed all credibility of this post...i edited.

Sel stood with Serene. "I can't do anything - he hates me."

"Unless," Sel said with a mischievious smile. "You want me to tie him up and drag him back..."

Sel sat for a moment, realizing that his humor wasn't appreciated. "Just give him his memory back, and he should be fine. A bit angry, but fine."

With all the mess going on, Shadow woke from his nap. For a moment, he sat there rubbing his eyes, then stood up and got the picture immediately. Niran wasn't there. He decided not to start asking questions since there was a lot of fuss already. Instead, he stepped outside of the tent. He noticed footprints on the ground, probably belonging to a running man. It must be Niran, he thought. What is he up to now?
He wandered away from the camp, following the tracks. He was pretty sure that in the confusion, no one would miss him or even notice he had left. The tracks led straight into the wastes, to a completely random direction. This is going nowhere. He must be crazy.
He fastened his pace. The storm had, luckily, ended, or he wouldn't have been able to see any tracks, even those of an Ogrim, but the wind got between his clothes and he shivered. He had left his cloak back in the camp.
After some time of jogging, he saw a figure standing alone in the middle of the plane, with an unsheated sword. The figure seemed to be talking to someone, although there was nobody else. Shadow reckoned it was Niran, for the possibility of another human being in the middle of the Ashlands was small.
"Niran!" he called out. "What are you doing there? What has happened?"

OOC: Niran had ran out of the camp so Sel couldn't possibly just walk up to him.

"I did use it with care!" Serene said angrily, "How was I supposed to know he had some monkey-business going on?

Then I´ll teleport me to him and take him back and if he kills me you will anwer to Jonacin about that!""


Serene went away from the camp and prepared for a teleport-spell

Niran backed away, and started running again.

These people won't give up will they, do they need the money so desperately.

OOC: So gamer, are you in for a fight with a woman?? I ´m coming after you..flying at high speed!

Serene downed a potion a mix of levitation and increased speed and swoooshed away after Niran.....suddenly she saw him runnibg for his life and with a sobbing sound she landed on his back nailing him to the ground..

Anthanes panted a bit as he arrived at the spot where Niran was nailed to the ground by Serene. At least she got it under control.. By Boethiah, she'd better. Foolish magelings..

Serene "heard Anthanes´thoughts about her and went furious, but she had to tend to Niran at the moment


"I´ll deal with him later" she grumbled to herself


She held Niran almost gently,......wondering how he would react and if he intended to fight her.....and if that other boy was going to interfere......somehow she felt the presence of death.....

Shadow started running as soon as Niran did. Blood and ashes, what on earth is in his mind? Suddenly, he saw someone sprint past him in high speed. The runner passed him so fast he couldn't recognize who it was. He did his best to catch up with Niran. Soon enough he saw Niran pinned to the ground by Serene. She is very hasty for a mage, he thought.
He ran near them and stopped, catching his breath.
"What... what in Oblivion... don't do such things, Niran. Is everybody alright?"

Serene heard someone approaching..

"More interference " she thought......seeing that Niran probably lost conscience..he was lying still under her.....

"Niran! she said gently

Shadow got hold of the situation quickly. He understood that Niran wasn't all right (Is he ever?) and that Serene was trying to help him. He didn't know much about magic, but it seemed like something that needed concentration. So he stepped back and observed the scene quietly, not wanting to be any trouble.

Suddenly Niran's arm shot up and grabbed Serene by the throat, making it impossible for her to chant a spell.

He shoved her to the ground and put his sword close to her, still holding her neck.

"You're not trading me in!"

(OOC: Niran won't kill her, he would never do that!)

Serene couldn´t breathe...she stared up at Niran and saw fear, terrible fear, her life started to fade away and she knew she had to really reach him! so she focused on his distorted whirling mind and tried to reach it:

"Niran, remember your mother, your sister, you do not want to kill me, let me help you instead, i will never turn you in, you have done nothing to deserve thattrust me Niran......I have some things on my conscience that would make some head-hunter very rich as well.....Niran...trust me i will you no harm....Niiiiiirrra,.......arrghh cough cough

Her lips went more blue and she lost conscience......

"Niran...I think that you should not choke the woman. She might be a highly foolish and volatile mageling, but she is not intending on turning you in, nor am I.
In fact I'm quite the criminal myself, heh. You're on Vvardenfell island, province of Morrowind, and I think you've forgotten about, ah, quite a few things."
