Celia shrugged. "Neither can I... Er, I must confess I never exactly payed attention in class," she whispered back, giggling. She muttered under her breath, her comment directed towards Niran, "What a show-off!"

"I only went to school for a year." Sel admitted. "I didn't actaully learn about the Temple in history, that's common knowledge here." he said, still whispering.

"Show-off? I think it's courtesy to speak in another's native tongue, but I'm not sure - never got to manners class."

"Mani ume lle quena?" Niran said, turning and looking at Celia.

"I mean, what did you say?"

OOC: He said "what did you say?"

"Hmm, very well I bring you bad tidings," then examining Niran, "I can, but you are neither worthy of the tongue nor will the other's comprehend me." she said brusquely, before knocking Niran in the back of the head with her staff, not hard but hard enoug to send a sting of pain.


turning to Megil, "I like this one," pointing to Sel, "straight to the point, no beating around the bush, and that one insults me by asking me that question."

"alright well then let's not beat about the bush, tell them what you told me, though don't be surprised by their reaction."

"yes, yes alright." She sat down in the sand and began to draw dots and lines. "See this group of dots, pointing to a small cluster, this is you all." She then pointed up at some stars the closely resembled the image she had drawn in the sand.

"I have looked into the mist that is the future and have seen nothing but bad omens. surrounding you young adventurer's. This morning there was a dead turtle on the otherside of the island. laying on its back, very bad omen. and the sun is setting with a cloud on the left and the wind to the north. This means evil hunts you. And then this," thrusting out her hand revealing a blackish pearl.

"black pearls can mean only trouble you know. so you are surrounded by misfortune. Now let me show you what i really wanted to tell you."

she set the pearl in the midle of the cluster of dots. and fiddled among her many necklaces and pulled a small flask from one of them. inside where small diamond like scales.

"the scales of a sylph" and she scattered them out ont he sand, landing precisely in the arrangement of teh dots. with the exception of two.

"As i said this cluster is all of you. Now these. are the evil omens. This one," she said pointing to the smallest of the two scales, as it was closer to the cluster. "This is the first evil, and the weakest of the three. yes i said three, for there are three. See it," pointing to a small dim star above them

"It will approach you first, and it is one you have met before. Don't underestimate the first for it will then be deadlier then the second."

She then pointed to a much larger star and then pointed to the larger of the two scales.

"this second evil, yes it is very evil, is the most powerful evil that hunts you. It moves slowly but deliberetly, studying its preytaking its time before it attacks," she said suggesting to the cluster. "This one is the evil mage that is currently on a boat with the third evil," she pointed to the black pearl.

As she said this the black pearl began to roll through the cluster and stopped about 2/3 of the way to the large star.

"this third evil though not as powerful as the second, is even deadlier. It was once one of your group, only now it is a traitor, hidden behind death and persuaded by the second. When this evil comes, it will destroy all of you unless you can remind it of its past," she said pulling forth a white pearl and setting it in the cluster where the black pearl once stood.

"B'ah there i'm done, i have said what I have to say," she laughed

"Llie n'vanima ar' lle atara lanneina." Niran said angrily to the sylph before walking off.

(OOC: He said "You're ugly and your mother dresses you funny". Hehe . . )

"Honestly, I'm no good with prophecies." Sel said. "Can we get a translation?" he asked, now knowing that Falmari didn't mind his practical speech.

Falx, who was slowly losing the rage that possessed him, turned to great Osano, "Err.. well, my names.."

Damn, what was it again?!

"..Ah.. Alton, or so I'm led to believe" He said with the best smile he could conjure, and returned to cleaning up the blood, "So, it seems your coming along to for the revenge mission? I've got a feeling about this, but I can't quiet discribe it.. It seems so familiar, or all of you do.. Weird aye?"

falmari watched Niran leave and stood up and shook her fists in the air and yelled, "you half brained dimwit imperial you will pay for that crack. oh yes, I just know how much you hate paralysis, I can see it in your heart." The eyes of the snake on her staff glowed momentarily then dimmed, Niran was frozen into place. "you try and insult an old woman, and you ahve no sword to even back your words up with." then quietly added "dimwit". quite a humorous sight to behold, with the jewelry chinking and jangling as she shook her fists.

Falmari looked at Sel, " hmm not a clever one are you, but oh well that jsut makes you even more likeable. I thought i had simplified it, you had no idea how much skooma and calculations had to be gone through to even achieve this conclusion" she said.

she rubbed her chin thoughtfully, make the wrinkles on her face fold even deeper. suddenly excited she jumped up and looked down at Sel,

"simpler yes yes i can do simpler. iny our future are three evils, yes three very bad evils. the first is the weakest of the three, though if underestimated can be deadlier than the second. the second is the strongest of the three and is whispering to the third. the third is a traitor hidden behind the shroud of death that will be the deadliest of them all, unless you can make it remember it's past."

You're damn lucky I don't. Niran thought, but couldn't speak because of the paralysis.

How the hell had he insulted her to begin with?

As Niran stood still, he had nothing to do and his thoughts wandered.

To his dead sister and mother. . .

(OOC: Something should flood the sylphs mind, because Niran may become evil later on. )

The seer, marched fromt he group towards niran and began to poke around his face with her fingers, and look into his eyes.

"lucky you don't ha!, hmm empty threats child"

she wacked him in the back of teh knees with her staff kncoking him into a kneeling position.

"yes beg, beg boy. How sad poor mommy and sissy aren't here to protect you," she said laughing most bitterly.

"I can make it worse boy, oh yes I can. here let me open this door," she said before unlocking the door holding back Niran's emotions and memories of his family. "oh don't cry baby, on't cry it alright. Mama Fal is here to take care of you." she said, before once again giggling and wiping the tears coming from his eyes.

her eyes clouded and her laugh dropped off suddenly as if someone had suddenly clenched her neck and squeezed it. A wave of horror shook her seemingly frail form. then as if nothing happened she began laughing again.

"oh girls, heres a new toy. and don't be shy let him see your wild sides."

Several sylphs came out of the water and ran to niran, they caressed him as the tears came,
"oh don't cry."

Get off me!


There they were . .his mother and sister, lying dead in front of him.

His eyes widened, and he couldn't control himself. It was all pain . . .

The seer, walked back down to Sel, Celia and Megil,

"so where were we,"

"must you really do that mother," Megil said, suggesting towards Niran.

The seer looked at him, "why that's the first time in years that you have called me that."

"let's not make a big deal out of it shall we," he responded and walked up to where niran's kneelings crying form was.

The worse part was Niran couldn't even move . . couldn't writhe on the ground in agony . .

The corpses of his mother and sister were there, still bleeding in his mind . . .

"Er, miss Slyph Seer," Celia addressed the seer while curtesying. "Please do not mind Niran's rudeness. His temper gets the worst of him, I'm afraid." She appeared a bit concerned. "I apologize for his terrible behavior, but, I'm worried... The slyphs are not going to hurt him, I hope?"

Then, she remembered something. She called to Megil's walking form. "And why are you calling her 'mother'?"

She smiled at the seer. "If you had raised him, I think you raised him very well."

If looks could kill, The one Fenris gave The seer and the other Slyphs would have oblierated them on the spot. Twisted creatures, thats...sick he thought, stomping towards the Slyphs surroundeding Niran. "Stop that," he said in a clear and commanding tone. A tone that clearly conveyed a hidden message of promised violence if not obeyed.

"hmm quick temper huh," she hurrumphed (sp.) "well this should teach him to control his temper, and not to worry they won't hurt him."

she snapped her finger and the door in Niran's mind shut, sealing the memories and the pain once again, though leaving him still suffering from them, she also released the paralysis spell and let him slump to the ground.

Megil glanced over his should before turning around slightly,

"Becuase, unfortunetly she is my mother." he said, regretting now for letting that information slip.

He walked up to Niran, and asked the sylphs to leave, he picked niran up,

"Are you alright?"

He turned to Fenris, "I'm sorry, she ahs quite a temper"

"Ashamed that I am your mother," she snapped back at him then turned to look at celia and smiled nicely, "why thank you dear,"

She stuck out her hip and put ehr hand on it, "Mr, i'd like to have a word with you after all of this."

"It's you that needs telling off," megil replied, still awaiting niran's reply, "What did you d to him anyways."

Fenris merely glared at the Slyphs. "No, that will make his temper worse, what you did is the equivalent of kicking a Dragon in the teeth," Fenris said. "Niran isn't one you can punish and expect to get a possitive reaction out of afterwards. I'd suggest you leave before i have to either restrain him, becaus he's likely to injure you now."

Celia nodded sadly. "Mister Nord's right, Miss Slyph Seer, unfortunately." She sighed and rolled her eyes. "Niran seems to constantly want revenge on people, and acts immature towards them."

She held the old Slyph's hand, her face concerned. "I think it's better if you leave now, before he hurts you..."

Niran pushed Megil away, his eyes showed a confused sadness. Though the memories were sealed they had left their mark. A terrible one.

Stepping backwards, he stared wide eyed at all of them.

OOC:will edit if conflicts.

The sylph looked into Celia's eyes. "My what a kind and beautiful creature," she said with a smile on her face. "You show such concern for my safety, here I'd like you to keep this as a token of my appreciation,"

She removed a small silver necklace with a tear shaped saphire on it and several smaller gemstones glittering around it, and placed it around Celia's neck.

"it looks simply gorgeous on you dear, well I guess I better get going," she said and turned to Megil, "Megil dear, i'll talk to you soon i hope, and remember I'm always there if you need me, just call me or one of the other's if you need help."

"WAIT!" Megil yelled, after looking at Niran, he grabbed his mother's arms and pulled her around. "tell me what did you see, TELL ME!" shaking his mother quite violently, "I saw you when you were torturing him, what did you see that made you shudder." His mother looked at him and said softly in his ear, "he will more than likely betray you and the others," then turned away.

With that, her and the other sylphs walked out to see and vanished into the waves.

Celia blinked, but before she could express her gratitude, the Slyphs had already went to the sea. Well, that is really kind of her...

From the corner of her eye, she noticed Niran's expression. "Niran, whatever is the matter with you? What did she do to you and--is something wrong?"

What do you think is wrong - you horrible Altmer witch!

No, not horrible. Beautiful and intelligent.

Shutup, don't lie to yourself. Why care for her when she does not for you?

Niran didn't respond, as if he hadn't heard her.

Then he turned and started running in the opposite direction, not even bothering to notice that he was still crying.

After a few minutes, he was deep in the forested area. Tripping on a log he fell face down. Picking himself up as much as he could, he dragged himself to a tree and sat against it. Leaning his head down he cried even harder.

After nearly an hour he couldn't cry anymore, so lay down by the tree and tried to push the horrible thoughts away.

Eventually sleep took him . . .

as the ordinators finished up with sasal wounds, they applyed some burning ointment all over his body.

It caused him pain, then the ordinators went to their quarters.

when they all exited the room, sasal rose up from the altar and limped to his armor and equiped his armor and snuck out of the shrine all while limping and enduring the pain.

soon he exited the shrine and called for his dragon, and it came out from the sky and landed infrontof him.

sasal's chest wound was bleeding onto his shirt abit as he mounted his dragon and a took off and thought "damn this wound! Nevermind, i will kill everyone on that island!"

Arneth really, as a newcommer his doubts in this group to save the world.. At least from what he had seen so far, good warriors but some of them doesn't get along at all. But he didn't mind telling, it was pretty clear that they already know it. Arneth just stood in the background by the shore just looking out into the water, facing south thinking about what he should do - Their time might be limited...

Sel sat through it all, though ignoring the slight on his intelligence without a reaction was the hardest thing he had done in years.

He saw Niran run off - was that a tear? He shrugged it off. Niran wouldn't appreciate any kind of help from him anyway.

"When I asked for a translation, I was hoping for some kind of descriptive word. Such as, "The first evil is your friend Osano." Sel said, giving the answer.

and from the south came sasal with his dragon. he petted the dragon

and ordered it to set the encampment ablaze; and so it did, with all its might, it blew flame at the camp of the group.

soon sasal landed and bleed from multiple wounds "where is my helmet!" he spat, all while his hand bleed from the palms as he unsheathed his sword; the Falseblaze, and held it with one hand and and his shield in another.

sasal looked at the surprised souls and dashed with inhuman speed to the closest person to him, celia and swung his blade at her

Sel jumped into action, springing up and drawing his sword in the same motion.

His green-glowing blade intercepted Sasal's just in time to save Celia.

"Get back." he told Celia before turning to regard Sasal.

"You'll pay for that." Sel promised, a hint of anger becoming apparent in his voice.

Fenris drew his Stalhrim Longsword, tensing to strike when a good opurtunity presented itself.

Jonacin stood, and his Shehai flashed into his hand. He advanced on the dunmer, noting the bleeding wounds on his chest and arms. "Fool, you think to take us all with such severe injuries?" he said as he came closer

Konrad looked at where the seer had been. "Evil witch, like that stupid Altmer...." he said quietly, and drew his longsword. He walked up to Sasal slowly, almost wearily. He swung his sword about him, warming up.

OOC: sorry we had a storm and power went out, only got it back at 2 this afternoon. then the cable died, and had to wait for that to come back, which was about 10 minutes ago -.-.

IC: "She's a seer, she can't see the specifics, only the vague. Besides i take it the first one has just arrived, and she's not evil, just tempermental."

Megil replied to all the comments. He simply step back and let the others take on Sasal, still weary from his earlier task.

"Hmm. Yes that is a bit odd...It's probably just your mind playing tricks on you though," Osano said to Falx, "Well it looks like you're good with a blade. We haven't even left yet and you've already killed somebody." he added smiling. "You should prepare yourself. These rebels are no push-over from what I've heard."

OTik shuck his head and notched his bow, and sent an ebony arrow that was fused with silver into the dragon's hide, hopeing that the thing would at least be crippledand put on sasal's helmet, "what you mean this one? Man its ugly!" Otik then turned to Konrad "what did the old witch do to Niran anyways, it looked devistated. what did he do to piss her off?"


(ooc sorry had to go camping and completly forgot about it.)

sasal intercepted the arrow by the only way he could, he took the arrows' hit to his shoulder and ignored the pain. "dont you ever touch that dragon! he meens more to me than you will ever know!" growled sasal.

soon sasal eyed Fenris as he swung his blade at him and held his sword with rivers of blood streamin down his arms, shoulder and chest, then replyed with "come you silly boy!" and sasal stopmed and cracked the rocks in as he took stook stance and swung his burring sword at fenris' blade

"Damn! that was my best arrow that jerk!" Otik notched another arrow ( a normal one) and shot it at Sasal, said "nevermind Konrad" and then ran off into the wooded area to find Niran.

After a while of looking Otik found Niran and started shaking him "Come on Niran, wake up, mister ugly's back and he wantd his helm. want to play keep away?"

Konrad nodded to Otik, and charged at Sasal. He attempted to get him from behind, his Silver blade on his longsword being driven at the man's back.

Niran opened his eyes, looking wildly around and sitting up. Then his eyes narrowed angrily.

"What the hell do you want?" he asked as his hand inched towards his dagger in his belt.

He stood up, his dagger in hand.

"Okay, so what was it?" the anger was there, but he was also curious as to what Otik was talking about.

However, he didn't wait for an answer and ran back to the group.

He frowned when Osano mentioned the killing, "Hmm, yes, a challange possibly? It would be good to sharpen my skills with a sword again" Falx was quiet distant, his mind was racing again, jumping from memory to memory. It was all to much.

"If you don't mind, I'd fancy a bit of sleep for the moment.." Falx said with an arched eyebrow, "Unless you have something else?"

Mage

Arcyakt walked up to Osano and Falx. "We're underway." he announced as the creaking of the ship's planks were heard as its journey to Vvardenfell began.

"We will find the rebels soon enough."

Arcyakt smiled to himself at seeing the bloodstains and knowing who made them. He wondered how long he would even need to decieve Falx into serving him - it seemed that Falx, or Alton, was indergoing a total conversion.

Sel

Sel shouted over the clamor of weapons, "STOP!"

He stood with his sword in his right hand and his right hand pointing at Sasal.

"I want a duel." he spat at the dunmer, rage burning in his fierce red eyes. "You refused me a trial once, and I want it now."

That wasn't all he wanted, either. He wanted to stain his sword with Sasal's blood. For his deception, yes, but most of all for his actions towards Celia.

(OOC: I edited my post before this, now Niran has just stumbled out of the wooded area, and is watching you.)

Niran skidded to a halt about twenty feet away from the fighting ground.

Spotting Sasal, he pulled a rolled piece of paper from his pack.

"Sel, hold!" He said, walking up to ten feet away from Sasal.

"What is your bounty?" he asked Sel.

(OOC: Niran is about to pay off Sel's bounty with his father's fleet deed. The one he was looking at earlier. )

"this is not about sel's bounty anymore!" sasal said as he retreated to the right of fenris

"give me my helmet!" sasal yelled . then he eyeballed his helmet as it dripped with liquid "what did you do?!?" and bleed as dashed to the boy with his helmet on with inhuman speed as he struck him from the front , but the force hit him from the back

Sel raised an eyebrow at Niran's question, and raised it even higher when he saw Sasal's reaction. The anger was still there, but was quickly diminishing to make way for curiosity.

Otik fell to the ground and the helmet fell to the ground but itstead of giving the helmet he played the childish game of keep away and tossed it in some direction while making a deep gash it the guy's leg that would probebly make him limp for a while. *hint*

sasal jumped as he was cut, and slashed his sword at otik and blasted him up from where he layed

"little devil!" he screamed as he took stance.

he raised his sword over his head and his shield apon his face and slowly walked away from otik and shifted his body and eyes around as he look for his helmet

(OOC you talking to me? if so I never said I got cut.

"Take the damned helmet." Sel said, picking it up and tossing it to Sasal.

He turned around, shaking his head at the stupidity of it all. He made his way to Celia. "Are you alright?" he asked.

"Now it is about Sel's bounty," Niran said walking up to Sasal.

"Since you have your helmet, go ahead and take this in payment for his bounty." Niran said thrusting the deed worth 250,000 septims into Sasal's hand.

Otik groaned but managed a half hearted grin, "Aww Sel I was starting to have fun." Otik struggled to his feet and slumped up against a tree. wondering what Mr. Ugly was going to do next.
