That's just a poster so even if it falls on Blondie's head, there won't be any harm. But maybe she'll fix it too, just to be sure.

I liked decorating smaller rooms & places, bigger ones never interested me as much. In case some of mine prefer to live it big like Red Orchid, I use completely modded homes.

Blondie has a "new" house in Novac, created by me, most of it anyway. As an exterior I used a template of Mr Burke's house which can be found in the NV G.E.C.K. but there's not a matching interior cell so I ported it from FO3, not everything could be ported so I included some files from FNV. When it comes to furnishing, I deleted all objects from the vanilla cell and furnished it on my own.

The location

The location from the other side

Front

From left to right there's the mailbox with respawning cigarettes, the stump which can be seated on, the small table and the chair. By the ladder on the left one can get on the roof but there's nothing up there except the antenna. The graffiti on the door resembles "six" as Courier Six and three decorations above the door make the house more unique.

Side

The log can be seated on, the water valve works and there's the generator, the electric box and the wire.

Back

There was the sunset sarsaparilla vending machine at the back of the house which I moved inside.

Nice. What a cozy little bungalow. I like the respawning cigarette-dispenser idea. laugh.gif I often do this too, make respawning containers for character houses. I usually make the fridges respawn food and maybe chems, though. And I like making trashcans also respawn, so stuff can be put in there for eventual disposal, meanwhile I KNOW the stuff that goes in there will be gone, I don't have to guess.

LoLol so she named her teddy? Classic.

The mail dropbox, the sunset sarsaparilla vending machine and the garbage can respawn while other containers don't.

Teddy Clint is a nod to "another Blondie".

Blondie is shacked up by Old Lady Gibson.

Novac is a great place to build a player house. There is a ton of empty space, and a lot of boarded up houses that can be used.

F the Legion!

It's the Teddy Bear With No Name! laugh.gif

That was really clever putting the two lockers horizontal by the bed like that.

I love all the Ralphie, Cosmic Knife, Sierra Madre, and other posters.

One has to be creative when furnishing a small space.

I forgot to mention there's a hidden safe beneath a green-brown rug in the pic Right of the door. The safe can be interacted with because parts of it are seen through holes in the rug but otherwise it's invisible.
