I dont know how to make it so you can see what we talk about so you are going to have to wait for Bofra to come along... sorry... I suck with computers... ohhh... and the warning applies to you too now... you may not reveal the plot of the story to anyone... that is if I wish to let you see it...

Channler, I apologize for mixing your name up with Konradude's. I had visited at the guitarist thread here and was impressed with his video. Then when I saw you name here ... I just got the "CH' - "K" sounds mixed up.
Bofra can tell you that I get a bit flaky as the night fades into the florida dawn, because we stay up all night here - since I have a night job.
Anyway, I'm am so glad that you are going to be a councellor. You & Kiln kind of have been from the beginning anyway, so now it's official.

Well, I hope I can add a bit of tech help as well.. Taking a few classes out at our community college bout computers and lil bit of programming, nothing major though.
Then this next school year I have nearly 4 seperate business classes I'm taking.. Thats gonna be fun.

Programming will be a great help, Channler. We definitely need someone for that area.

Well I can't really offer you any skills because frankly, I suck at computer stuff but I can help with...emotional support.
Sure, I'll help out if you guys want me to but I really don't have any skills to offer you, all I can offer is my support and advice when needed.

Well Kiln, you have given us great advice so far and alot of how the website got set up was due to good points and observations by you. And we are very happy with our Dark Heart website. Who would ever have guessed what a Webmaster our Bofra is?
I hope anyone who is interested here at Chorrol will visit us because we do have a little public part of our forums for visitors, in addition to the rest of the work space forums for us to develop the game in.
Come see for the smilies alone ... they are adorable.

At least considering the help you've been so far. So get over to our forums and post a little hi in the "sign in" thread so we know that we have your consent to make you Counselor.
I also hope more people would join the forum! Even though the public section is rather small and pretty much all work is done under the shadow it's you that makes the forum alive! Just check in and ask questions or discuss how silly we are doing this game! We can always delete your posts

It is on topic because it is about our website Dark Heart ... we are the 4 fouders of the site. I was trying to drum up some interest and get people to visit.
And although you got 2 hats reversed, Bofra - DarkHunter is black and Mazelure is red - I am going to award you the painting (and I know which one it will be) since I can see that Rane wants the contest to stop.
So do you have a scanner or should I mail it?

Well, we are doing much progress on our project and even though the site might seem silent and dull a lot is happening behind the scene. We cannot reveal much before we have it slightly finished and most importantly, copyrighted. That's right we're going to copyright our project, so after it's done we can give out more information.
So you are all much welcome to our forums were we you have first access to all the news and progress of Dark Heart. Be sure to be one to contribute to the game by writing your own ideas, stories, drawing pictures, whatever you like! Maybe we'll have you a member of the team! The site can be reached

I'm so sorry. This reformat is dragging on like no other. Now, not only is Cain still sick with stomach pains but we need a ps2 keyboard for each of us to do the reformat. So, we will have to drive to Walmart to buy a cheap one even though he is in pain. He is insisting in driving there and won't get in bed like he should.

Jun 7 2006, 09:34 PM
Take your time Ibis, the reformat shouldn't jeopardize your hubbies health!

new ideas or maybe a whole new quest-line you've been dreaming of applying to a game...
I believe there are tons of things you can contribute with

Jun 8 2006, 12:20 AM
If I'm not mistaken I think you are a writer Minque, yes? If that is your field, there are many related subjects. Like, describing the visual aspects of the new races (consult with Hunter & Bofra) describing their weapons/armor/clothing. Also, I don't think that anyone has even discussed what our world will look like ... the scenery, the buildings, etc. (consult with Mazelure)
Maybe something along those lines, Minque. But you might find something totally different to do, these are just suggestions.

Well, you could join us if you wanted to, silly. Kiln, Channler, Minque, Kayla and Fuzzy have. We have quite a team going and everybody's got something to do. It's working out really well ... although we have one member bicycling acrost Sweden at this time and another waltzing around his prom.
But things will pick up again to full force in two weeks. In the meantime, the rest of us are working on our individual Dark Heart projects.
As for the non-Bethesda rule ... we are even going to use a commercially available game building engine. No TESCS here.

Well, I wouldn't have as much influence over the project as I would like. I was tooling over an RPG that I was going to recruit people for before this, so I can't compromise my vision. No, even in a lead role I would to still be forced to make compromisations to ideas people here already have.
As fun as it seems, I'll pass. If I wasn't already planning on something else I would join, but unfortunatly I am.

Thanks guys and I was sorry to have to leave.

Just wound up with too much on my plate. I am even now finding that I have to prepare for school.
On the bright side they have sent out a brochure to us now (Full Sail School of Entertainment Industry) showing that the full merger has happened with Electronics Arts Game Company and their Orlando-based studio called EA Tiburon.
It is also allied with the University of Central Florida downtown Game Studio, so it should be very exciting to attend there.
I have heard that their first combined effort will be a Superman Game, based loosely on the soon coming out Superman movie.

I guess no one posted anything here for a while ehh? So I guess it's up to me after all I am one of the founders. Anyways enough of me mumbling so yeah... things started to look up after a while. Most of the old members minus Kiln, ,myself, Hunter, and Bofra kinda never came back but in return we got some new members and things started looking up. We got some realy good Concept Art along with Artist (some pretty damn good ones) I have progressed a lot with the story and Hunter and Bofra created several kick a$$ races and Kiln does what he does best. So yeah... if anyone doubted us then...

in your face! Ohh... and joining the team has gotten a bit difficult so that is some rather bad news... other than that everything is cool.

We have a new member interested in working on just that Ibis.
For more information check out our home page for the latest news on additions to our team, other project announcements, and to view the partially finished team roster. Make sure to stop by and have a look at our concept art gallery while you're there since we've recently added a bit more of our artists' work as well.

Oh I'm so glad to here a programmer has joined! That's excellent. I will stop by and check out the concept art. Thanks Kiln. Last I checked there was a very cool concept head of a 3D demon started ... not textured yet and I think they were going to 3D Fuzzy's scavenger. Can't wait to see what's going on now...

FarFallen - the game & the production company - is growing in leaps & bounds! There are now like 20 active members including artists, modelers, programmers, musicians and of course the talented webmaster Bofra, who co-ordinates it all. And he, Mazelure and (Dark)Hunter are still the central powerblock supervising all the great development.
So, I am here to ASK if anyone can make any contributions of NAMES of characters, creatures, cities, bodies of water and items like weaponry, armor, jewelry, clothing, spells, enchantments/enchanted items, etc. = = = we sure would appreciate if you'd share them with us. You will receive full credit in the ReadMe for any contributions used in FarFallen.
It is quite a task to enmass such a large ammount of original words & titles & names for a new game world. Any of your wildest word creations could be of great use and influence the rest of the game possibly with its flavor and concept.
Here is the "We Need Names" thread in the Ideas Box Forum:

That's wonderful gamer10, I am glad to hear of your interest. I will send an email to Bofra, the webmaster right away about it too. Why don't you just sign up now for the Public Forums, become a member that way and then Bofra will give you a temporary pass to the rest of the boards and then they'll vote on your membership to be full. That's how it's usually done. I would be so happy to have you onboard as a writer.
