The only way to get hand guns in Morrowind was to make them a 'crossbow' and thusly you were restructed to single-weild.
No crossbow in Obliv = no guns.
bursting bubbles aren't you. but anyways you could always just incldue them as swrod and shield or something, so that its jsut an aesthetics thing to complete the outfit, but having no real use.

Twin cutlasses would look just as good, though it would be jericho cross's look, it'd be different, but it'd be cool none the less.
I don't see why everyone wants guns in the elder scrolls, it would ruin it! Even if you modded it just for yourself and no one else it is quite ridiculous...
Hmm... it's a little to close to copying "hellsing" for me but if you can make then go for it! 
as was mentioned earlier, this character would look very cool indeed with 2 cutlasses or broad bladed daggers. Granted it wouldnt fit TES with the flowing trenchcoat and stetson but ya cant have everything eh
I want to see armor from Gladiator modded in, Russel Crow's Roman Legion suit was freaking awesome.

Armor that ups your defense and has a constant shield around u that is nearly impenatrable would be awesome.
You could make that in morrowind3 (enchant).
I doubt that we will have to have the crossbow to create guns as this new CS has many more bells and whistles. With any luck, we will be able to create new features (ie. weapon classes) from scratch.
