In TES3, there were, as we know, lots of armors.
Now I want to know if you have some armor wishes.
I want:
1. A complete Dreugh armor,
2. A bronze armor,
3. A (cheap) wood armor,
4. A Kwama armor.

BY dreugh armor you mean crafted right? Because as you probably know dreughs don't have legs.

Well, imagine that the armor builders cut the leg parts out of the back or somewhere else.

Something I've been dying for since Morrowind, and even more after I saw The Lord of the Rings, are not actually armor made from different materials, but different types of the same armor.
Ie; a redefined (better graphic) version of the steel armor from Morrowind, but also a type that includes a different designs, such as the symbol of the fighters guild on the front and back, sort of like the two different types of Bonemold Pauldrons from Morrowind. I just never understood that; not all armor made of steel will look exactly the same.

Kwama armor wouldn't make sense, as Kwama are a morrowind-only creature.
All i want is that armor the Heir wears.
Soooo cool.

We saw the Heir to the Throne in the trailer.
You can see him here:

The scenes with the emperor on the tower, the sword flying through the air, and the Emperor's heir catching the sword and then plunging into the ground and kneeling are pre-rendered and animated by the folks who made the trailer. The rest, aside from the text, is all in-game.
That's the guy we'll be running around looking for in the mainquest.

As I know, the Arabian warriors in medieval times weared textil armor and very light steel armor. It's not very good to run about in the desert like the crusaders did. And the crusaders lost the crusades in the end, although they had the thicker armor. Their armor was not fitting into desert.

Indeed, the Arabian armor was pretty light and well made, they also had fast horses and camels too.

It looks like basic iron armor with some underlaying chain mail.
I look forward to that though, a Lord of the Rings style leather/chain mail type of armor would look cool.

Yep.
Daedric looks nice in Oblivion though.
I just hope the greaves look better than they did in Morrowind. Morrowind's greaves were too spiky.
You could pratically slot a sword blade between the spikes and lop the guy's leg off...

i didnt like the loincloth type thing in the front of the daedric armor in mw. it just ruined the whole thing for me.
King Death
Aug 24 2005, 06:34 PM
The thing that really bothered me about daedric was how the greeves didn't come down far enough, the went to like the mid-thigh area. So then it left a big hole in the armor on the back of the knee.

Past level 40 I wore what looked good and not what performed as all my skills were high enough to save myself and it added another challenge... but my best Character had full Deadric Armour enchanted with Fortify Heavy Armour skill contsant effect, same for the clothes and an Amulet that constantly healed 8HP/sec... So, the challenge faded and things got boring, so I'm aiming for playing the character rather than beating the game this time round.

Seems like I have a lot to comment you Curly

.. Well, it was pretty much the same for me, i had all those enchantments that made me pretty much invulnerable and I finally decided to give up that char, but the fun still countinued with other chars though. And I also agree that I'll try not to rush through the main quest as much as I did in MW, however I don't think the game will actually get boring once you finish it.. It appears there is so many ways to go, so much to do and in so many different ways that restarting with a new char could be pretty much playing a new game. Or just continue with you hero once the main plot is finished to rule the world as you please

I can agree with you on that. spiky armor looks like it can be a weapon all in itself

i loved the daedric armor in morrowind SOOO much!

especially the daedric helm of gods. i also liked the spikes that stuck out of the back of the cuirass alot too.
EDIT: the daedric armor in that official screenshot for OB looks so sick. i hope that there are multiple daedric helms in OB like there were in Morrowind so that i can collect them all and be the ultimate evil entity in all of tamriel
