I am guessing they've been edited by Kane's character. We'll have to wait for confirmation, looks like. This one's a rather mysterious start for the Fan Fiction section.

I'm using a mod called Journal of the Sole Survivor. It adds a holotape that you can pop into your Pip Boy or any terminal and write a journal as you play.
The Captain is quickly adapting to the new world.
