Does anyone know of a version control utility or functionality for Oblivion scripts? Namely I want to see the exact difference between the version in the ESM file and my botched version in the ESP. Side by side would be nice.

I know not, unfortunately. Not sure I've ever heard of anything like this. On the other hand, I am not a wise old scripter, I am a rather goofy young scripter who blunders her way through until success finally strikes.
