Ok mALX. I’ll probably go through my craft bag and other inventories tonight to see what I can put up. There’s sure to be a fair amount of gold improvement items.

Whatever potions that nobody uses that I made and stored in the guild bank I would like to sell off, but go ahead and use them if anyone wants to. I want to hold on to my tempering alloy (smithing) but I've been sitting on some dreugh wax (clothing) that I would definitely sell. Probably have plenty of purple (particularly grain solvent) mats that I could put up as well, although obviously I know they will bring in much less money. I'd have to see if there is anything else I can sell next time I log in.

Ok so looks like I’ve got Apostle Axes and Apostle Swords motif chapters (1 each), some Rosin(14), Dreugh Wax (20), Tempering Alloy (7), and Kuta Runes (16). I could also part with a couple of Potent Nirncrux samples if anyone really wants them.

I have plenty (hundreds) of the gold-level tempers, but I'm always running out of the purples - Mastic, Elegant Lining, Grain Solvent, and Zircon. Potent Nirncrux get used as fast as they come in, but I still have one unused, as writs calling for it aren't that frequent, either.

I'm always looking for furnishing plans, as I prefer to make pieces, rather than buy them, and I'll buy the plan just to make two or three instances. But a lot of the ones I want are dropped only in one place, or have to be pick-pocketed or stolen.

I will try to find that "Adventurer" potion you made that I want so much; if so I'll try to see if Master Merchant or Tamriel Trade has a price on it. I am VERY interested in that potion for my own use too; but it would sell like crazy too.

This is the thing this thread can do that a trader can't - represent the buyer as well as the seller. And I'll happily trade gold tempers for purples (maybe not one-for-one, but close).

I traded a few stacks of copper with monkey for heartwood, back when I had no Summerset, and could gather it, but not use it. Worked out well for both sides. We should do that more often.

I checked my tempers- don't have much except mastic (woodworking)- would be glad to trade those 5 or 10 to one for Gold blacksmithing temper.

As a side note, I am trying to research all jewelry traits and will let you know when I have them done in case anyone needs something crafted.

Currently known- the standard 4 for both Neck and Rings (Arcane, Robust, Healthy, Infused)

Plus Protective and Bloodthirsty for Rings

Triune Ring research will finish in 2 days.

As far as needs- if anyone has a spare Ancient Orc Legs Motif- I will be happy to pay gold or trade for that.

I suppose it wouldn't be possible for you to create a Ring of the Storm Knight, would it? I'll gladly pay for that so I can round out that set and have 2 full ones (I have full Fortified Brass now). Though I think I read that the Storm Knight is an overland set and that it isn't possible to craft it.

Storm Knight is an Overland Set; it can't be crafted.

But- would it be possible to transmute existing Storm Knight rings at a Transmute station?

Fantastic idea! I've got plenty of purple mats in some of the equipment types; just not sure which ones I have without looking. I will let you know which when I look in my craft bag next.

Storm Knight rings will drop at dolmens in Stormhaven. Every dolmen you close there will drop a piece of jewelry from one of the three overland sets that drop in Stormhaven. So you'll get some of the other two sets and some Storm Knight necklaces maybe but eventually a Storm Knight ring. Green, Blue or Purple is random but can be upgraded if desired at a jewelry station.

What a transmute station can do is change the trait on an existing piece. Not the set or enchantment, just the trait. Storm Knight is a heavy armor set so its rings will normally have the Healthy (+HP) trait when you find them.

Does the Transmute Station work on Jewelry too? I didn't know it worked for Jewelry!!!

Ya boy just made some more DOPE potions and stuffed them in the guild bank. I have some essences of health that also heal magicka and/or stamina that I have had in my inventory, but I think have more than is sufficient and will probably put some more in the guild bank later.

That worked out just fine, sorry I was in that stupid dragon quest at the time.

The main questline of this new DLC is really ridiculous; I think it is the only questline DLC they have put out so far that I don't even want to buy; it is that bad. I def get the feeling the Dev's at Zenimax were "Evil laughing" at us when they made this, like getting even with us for all out complaints or something. Grrrrr.

I really appreciate your patience in waiting for me to finish that fight to trade. That was Awesome; I hope this Trading Post keeps working as well as that for everyone!

Ooo I’ll probably take that one if you put it in the Guild Bank. Do you want something for it? I’ve got some things I don’t feel right about trying to sell but I might could trade them for that chandelier “recipe”.

So I took a look in my craft bag last night, and can easily spare two stacks (400) of Tempering Alloy, a stack each (200) of Dreugh Wax and Rosin. Comparing on TTC, Rosin sells for less than Mastic, but TA is about ten times the price of Grain Solvent, and DW much same against Elegant Lining.

What sort of quantities does anyone want to deal in? At 3,500 per unit, I should maybe join a trade guild for a couple of days on the TA alone. (But that way I'd be paying taxes. - I hate taxes).

1) Procrastination - I've put off golding out armour until the characters get their "final" sets.
2) Doing a lot of writs that trickle them in daily, and using a lot of mats that need refining.
3) Having ESO+ so I don't get short on inventory/bank space to hold them.
4) Not selling them off, because I'm not in a trade guild - not gold-motivated.

Right now, we could use some gold, so we can buy Daggerfall Overlook for Blossom's "Lady" title, but that's a temporary anomaly, and we're just saving up the daily writ cash for that. 3 1/4 million already, just half a million to go!

Valdi is looking for a Glenmoril jerkin style page. She won't have enough event tickets to get Anderion's last feather and also buy a page. There are a few days left (which I will miss some of), but if anyone finds one she will buy it just in case!

Khajiit’s crew already has one so if we find another, we’ll shoot it your way, free of charge! Also, we put a Glenmoril hat page in the Guild Bank for anyone who wants it.

Grits, I hope you or one of us finds one for you. If not, they are for sale via the Guild Traders. Being new and with the event in progress I suspect the price is, and will, move around quite a bit. That said, I just found 50 listings at Tamriel Trade Center for around 5k or less and another 50 for between 5-10k gold. It is indeed a great looking top!

I'm working up some gold to buy some of your gold tempers; just had a really busy week so far; so haven't contacted you about it. I want either 50 or 100 of each gold mat; just depending on what money I can come up with.

Great idea, Valdi went shopping in Daggerfall and immediately found a jerkin and breeches for cheap. Then she got a duplicate page and was able to swap it in the guild bank for one she didn't have yet. It was a good morning. Thanks!

I've got some stuff that I want to very much offload, particularly my Witches Festival Writs. I absolutely do not care about getting the Witch's Hat, so I am more than happy to sell them. I have 3(?) of the writs with 20 vouchers, and 6(?) of the writs with 1 voucher. Is anyone here interested in buying them?

Additionally, I have some Dreugh Wax and Rosin that I am selling as well. I have some other stuff I am looking to get rid of as well, but I can't remember what those are at the moment.



Also, I am on the hunt for some more Tempering Alloy to run out my armor with legendary upgrades. I have 1 alloy in my inventory, and I need to still upgrade my gauntlets, girdle, and sabatons. Therefore, I need 23 more.

@ghastley, I believe you said you still have some that you are willing to sell. Is that still the case?

I'd happily trade 23 tempering alloy for a "Diagram: Breton Sconce, Wall". Now I have the Daggerfall Overlook, I'll need to make a lot of those.

Since mALX is a trader, perhaps she could chime in on how best to trade. Mailing items loses gold to postage charges, so meeting in-game is preferable, but there may be other ways I'm not aware of. I see silly low prices captured by TTC from time to time which are clearly internal trades in a guild that has a trader, but that's not an option for us (until we have enough members for our own).

I agree with you; trading in person is the best way.






What kind of price are you looking for from the Witches Writs? I might be interested in those; just would have to bring in some income first.

Make that 22 now. I unfortunately do not have that diagram handing BUT I can make two types of Breton Sconces. I forget the exact names, but I can make some for you if you are willing to make that compromise, or have other ideas in mind.




Tamriel Trade Center has a wide range of prices, but I see several that are 8K and another that is 10.5K and a bunch of others that are 15K. I'm assuming that is for those that are worth 1 voucher, but I can't tell for certain. I see a couple others that are 33K and 50K, but I would imagine those have to be the 20 voucher ones. Regardless, I don't see how anyone would spend that kind of money even if they are desperate.

I'm not too picky about their price, so what do you think is fair? Would 8K for those worth 1 vouchers and, I don't know, 15-20K for the 20 vouchers sound reasonable? If not, I'm open to a counteroffer.

I can make those, too. The wall sconce is a much rarer recipe, and always disappears from the traders before I get there. I'll take cash, instead. 22 Tempering Alloys would cost you around 100k at the guild traders, so how does 50k sound? mALX got hers a little cheaper, because she bought more.

And I'll pay the same 50k for that Diagram, if anyone has a duplicate.

I'll check around a few friends who do a lot of pickpocketing for the Diagram. (you can only obtain it by pickpocketing in an area known for Breton inhabitants and off of Bretons; which would make that Diagram an extremely rare drop = and really expensive if you ever do manage to find it for sale). All those rare drops sell like mad the second they are posted at the Guild Traders.

The Crown Store sells the Sconces for @ 240 Crowns per each one Sconce; which would be ridiculously expensive with real world money; but it is also very possible that someone who has that plan would be making and selling those Sconces (and as rare a drop as that Sconce is; you will probably have a better chance getting them by buying the Sconces themselves from the Guild Traders while you continue to search for the Diagram. That way it will only cost you Gold instead of real world dollars).

If you find someone selling them; after you purchase the ones you can: send them a PM and ask them to make you the amount you need for whatever price they are asking per each. Most will do it; and some might even work out a discount price for their services if you provide the materials needed for the amount of Sconces you need; because they do use a whopping amount of Rakeipa = they are extremely expensive to make; so if you defray the cost by providing the mats it will just cost them their time.
