Not really, you'll always be able to re-use meshes like most modders do. And, on the other hand, the actual poly-count from the looks of things is actually almost exactly the same

(Besides, complex modelling isn't that hard, especially if you stick to inanimate objects).
I am a bit more worried about the shaders though... well, not worried per se - I'm curious about just how comprehensive the shader tools will be

These things I think have a greater tendency of being a bit awkward.
