I would not hold your breath either. The Christmas shopping season is looming, so I think Bethesda just wants to try to lure more people into buying the PS3 version of the original game. I think Microsoft probably bribed them to never release any DLC on the PS3.

I have doubts. That's a pretty large audience to ignore. More than likely it is some sort of tech issue like bethsoft has been saying. Whether it will be resolved or not who knows.
