Link.

So, like New Vegas, the Xbox 360 is being given 30-day DLC exclusivity now, too.

Microsoft, really, you have no reason to do this at all. Not when most of the TES players already play on the 360. Would you mind allowing for the PS3 and PC gamers to NOT be completely shafted for a month by hogging all the extra content?

I guess there's a reason they've been nicknamed Micro$oft...

That's M$ for ya. Not really surprising that they are doing that to the PS3, but what is surprising is that PC owners have to wait too.

Well, the PC users do still have mods, so that should account for something.

But the PS3 users... they are just SOL on this one. Where's their extra? The 360 has DLC Exclusivity, the PC has mods, the PS3 gets jack *shablamz!*.

This is not the way to go about equalizing gaming for all people. DLC exclusivity is only going to promote elitism for the 360 users, which is going to drag the gaming community even further into the dump than it already is.

The real question is, does Bethsoft care? My guess: Nope.

As long as they're getting paid they don't give two fifths of guar's back end about equality of gaming or quality of games either.

I'm guessing that MS negotiated for that (offered extra cash) or that was a term for publishing on their system. Either way it isn't fair, but that's business.

Hmmm... well owning a PS3 myself and preffering it as a console leaves me slightly cold about this. But as long as it funds Bethesda to make the game better I'm okay with it but not extremely happy. But I don't think I will care anyway when I get the game anyway. Please know I am by no means a fanboy owning an Xbox 360 as well. I do like both consoles but will probably buy Skyrim for the PS3.(Just personal preferance please nobody get annoyed with me for liking the PS3)
