I have seen quite a few mods that make Dark Seducers and Golden Saints playable. I have also seen a few that make their weapons and armor playable as well, but only if you kill one and take it from the body. I have never seen a mod that lets you play them and gives you all of their stuff right off the bat. So I created this.

This mod not only makes Dark Seducers and Golden Saints playable, but it also adds a Shivering Tree Stump to the Imperial City Market District with all of both race's gear. It can be found in the alley behind A Fighting Chance, near Simplicia the Slow's bedroll. The contents of the stump respawn every 72 hours, and the equipment is levelled. So keep checking back as you gain levels to get more powerful versions of your weapons and armor. I have also added racial dispositions, so not expect Mortals to like you much.

Installation: Copy the Dark Seducers and Golden Saints Playable.esp file to your Oblivion\Data folder, and select it in the Data Files menu when you start the game.

I asked on your TESNexus page, but will ask here as well. When you install the mod, does it change your race or can I stay Khajiit and just use the armor? I have a modded Khajiit, and don't want to lose or mess with her appearance - but wanted the Golden Armor (I'm sure you know why, lol) - and haven't found it in another mod.

Is there a way to use this mod just to get the armor, but stay Kawa-Khajiit?

I am sorry, I did not see your post here mALX. You do not have to play as a Dark Seducer or Golden Saint. They just appear among the races you can pick from now. So you can remain you current race and still use all the items.

Thank you for that - Oh, I just noticed the tree trunk was called "Shivering" - GAAAAAAH! I don't know why I didn't think of this before, I'll bet Shivering Isles is required for the mod to work (???) (Duh) - Bleah!

Yes, Shivering Isles is required. That is where all the gear comes from.

GAAAAH! Bleah. I guess I thought you had taken a leather armor and just copied the design and coloring of the golden armor, or altered the appearance of Dunmer to make the Mazken, etc. I was so excited to finally see a mod with the golden armor that I just wasn't thinking, lol. I really didn't want SI, but since I loved all the clothing (especially Sheogorath's robe and the "Fancy dress" ... I may have to consider buying the disk. Sorry about that.
