Now first of all, before I post the picture, will I need permision from Morganthefay? I cannot get hold of her in any way, so I havent been able to ask her, I do not want to do anything against her permission.....

You would need here permission since it is her drawing. Plus you would need to see the video to know the colors of the buildings and such for the picture.
I would like to see it colored though.

Ok!
Morganthefay has very kindly given me permission to post it here, but first I have something to say to Y'all.
1) this recolouring is FICTITIOUS and is NOT a representation of the real colouring of the city of Cyrodill!
2) the original drawing is by Morganthefay!
I think that is all.
The picture is my own interpretation as to how the city should be coloured, and I did do this BEFORE anyone saw the official trailer which tells us all the real colours. This re-colouring is going to end up as a basis for a re-texturing job that I will do on the city when I get the game.
so here it is:
OH..one more thing...It is very very crude!!!!
and now I think I shall prepare myself for "It look like Mournhold!" comments...

well, I suppose that might make a comment to you all as to how I feel about mournhold.
The walls in that image should be darker actually. I like really black walls, I do not know why though..........perhaps It makes them more intimidating....
