Maybe a silly question but does anyone know where to find a black hood in Oblivion? I have it on 360 so I don't know where to find the testinghall. Could somebody show a marked map where it is or could somebody say where to find a black hood?

Well, you could get the Black Hand hood from the DB questline. Other than that, I'm not too sure...

shady sam is i merchant that hides around the walls of the impirial city so just look in the cracks of the wall, find him and give him a poisend apple!!do watever u do for a couple of days and then retrieve his hood

A Necromancer's Hood is identical to a black hood, but with just a different name if you want them. You can find them easily doing the Mages Guild Quest line, but some caves and forts are randomly filled with necromancers too.

P.S If you want an actual Black Hood though just go on UESP.wiki and they'll have an article on it under clothes (how I got my tan robes ).

Im actualy focusing on getting my adoring fan to wear my black hood and robe! iI realy dont know why but it would be cool if u could go clothes shopping with ur namless friend!

you can get one from completing the dark brotherhood quests or i believe one of the Surrile brothers (in skingrad) have one i believe its davide but i could be wrong i know one of them has it though
