So, here's Round Number 3s Battle. Hope you enjoy it! I'll close the votes in a week and a half. Just to add something: If you vote, we would particularly appreciate it if you mention that in a comment underneath this. Just so we get your opinion on why you picked the Titan or your choice and also it helps with tallying the votes.
Mehrunes Dagon was still not completely satisfied with the battles he had witnessed. He needed more competitors to pit against each other; to eventually face those who had proven themselves.
He caste his eye across the many planes of Nirn, searching for those he deemed worthy. After a short time of searching, two Dunmer drew particular interest. He plucked them both from their respective planes and released them within his tower.
Sethyas Velas was first to recover from the sudden trip. His ember eyes gleamed in confusion at the situation he found himself in. Across the room, he saw a Dunmer picking himself up from the floor. This Dunmer wore the armour of an Ordinator, yet it was ornately coloured red. His built like a soldier, and he wore his dark green hair loosely to his shoulders. An impressive looking sabre was strapped to his waist. Sethyas brushed his black hair aside and then realized they weren’t alone.
Mehrunes Dagon stood above the two mer, looking down upon them. “I have brought you both here to entertain me in a battle among mortals. I have given you two the privilege of being those warriors. I shall warn you now. If you do not fight, you shall both be damned to my Oblivion, and those you love and care for shall be punished for your insolence!”
Mehrunes then grinned maliciously. “And just to make you not believe you are fighting some faceless stranger,” he boomed turning to the Ordinator,” May I present to you Morvayn Dres, former High Ordinator of Vivec. Morvayn, I shall also introduce you to Sethyas Velas, Morag Tong assassin and Nerevarine. Now begin!”
Morvayn looked apologetically towards Sethyas. “I’m sorry, serjo, but I cannot let Mehrunes hurt those that I care for,” he said heavy heartedly as he slowly withdrew his sabre, the Word of ALMSIVI.
Sethyas’ expression hardened as he tossed aside his red robe, revealing the pitch black armour of the Dark Brotherhood. “I understand, Morvayn. I will fight for those I care about as well.”
With that, Morvayn sounded a battle cry and rushed towards the assassin, his sabre raised above his head. Only seconds away from Morvayn unleashing his blow, Sethyas simply evaporated in front of him.
Morvayn held up his charge as he looked around at his surroundings, which had become deathly silent.
Of course, he’s an assassin. He would be using Illusion magic of some sorts.
A hissing noise sounded from Morvayn’s right, and the Dunmer instinctively rolled to the side, but not before a silver arrow grazed a pauldron of his armour. Morvayn arose and looked in the direction of the shot. Sethyas stood in the distance, holding the Bow of Shadows, frowning.
This Ordinator is fast, even with all his armour he managed to avoid serious damage from that shot, he thought.
Morvayn unleashed another battle cry only this time he leapt through the air, closing the distance rapidly between himself and Sethyas.
Sethyas was stunned at what he saw. This was something he had only seen when encountering that vampire he had to dispose of for the Zaniab Tribe, only this time the vampire was faster! Sethyas barely managed to stop the overhead chop of Morvayn’s sabre with his Daedric Katana.
Sethyas was then steadily backing away as Morvayn unleashed a fury of swipes and stabs, his speed of his attacks nearly overwhelming Sethyas. Sethyas made a quick decision, and dropped to the floor and tripped Morvayn with a sweeping leg kick. Morvayn crashed to ground and was immediately forced to defend blows from Sethyas’ Katana.
Morvayn knew he had to get back onto his feet before one of Sethyas’ strike pierced through his armour. He knew that his superior swordsmanship would be put to use to dismantle the assassin if he could get on his feet. In a desperate act, Morvayn lunged forward from the ground, pushing Sethyas back once more. Sethyas know held the Black Hand’s Dagger in his alternate hand, hoping that two blades would be better than one.
It was Morvayn’s turn to implement strategy now. Instead of pressing the attack he now attempted to coax Sethyas into pressing the attack onto him by leading the assassin into thinking he was winded. He breathed deep, heaving breaths as he sloppily held his sabre upright.
Seeing his opponent winded, Sethyas pressed the attack, using both his blades in arcing movements. Yet somehow, the Ordinator was still stopping them. One particular strike, Morvayn managed to twist Sethyas around and score a mild cut across Sethyas’ back.
Sethyas yelled in pain and immediately felt something wrong. He suddenly felt very tired and weak. Morvayn’s blade possessed some sort of draining enchantment! Desperation crossed Sethyas’ eyes as he turned back to face his opponent.
Morvayn then launched at Sethyas with even more speed than Sethyas had seen yet. Again, Sethyas was forced to defensive manoeuvres as he tried to deal with the barrage of sabre strikes flying from the whirlwind of red armour.
Sethyas again used his martial arts to save him, launching a kick that smashed into the side of Morvayn’s head, stunning him instantly. Sethyas was completely drained of energy, yet he still took the effort of driving the Black Hand’s Dagger into Morvayn’s thigh.
Morvayn quickly recovered from the stunning blow as he screamed out in pain at the metal piecing his flesh. A sudden ill feeling swept over him as the blade’s health sapping effects took effect. The blade was then released and Morvayn staggered back up to his feet, anger vividly etched upon his face. The assassin had disappeared again.
Morvayn slowed his breathing down, ears intend on catching any noise. Finally, he picked up the echo of feet. The noise led Morvayn into a labyrinth of hallways.
So, he wishes to play cat and mouse, eh? Well, all I need is one cut and this will be over. You will not catch me with your feet again! Morvayn vowed to himself as he proceeded into the labyrinth.
All the while, Mehrunes kept a steadfast view on the battle taking place before him. He was pleased with the skill his warriors possessed. He knew that it wouldn’t be long until one of them would fall though.

O_o...This is a thrill..My vote goes for SETHYAS! Hmm yeah I know I´m awfully fond of him and I don´t want him to die. But nevertheless....he´s extremely skilled..and..has got a heart too, I think that´s what really matters
But by all means...Morvayn is a worthy opponent so this will be a close one

Well done, Mallet.
Honestly, I don't see how Morvayn could win this. Sure, he's fast and strong. But he lacks subtlety. That, and he's holding back (no full vampirism.) Not to mention that Sethyas is experienced in taking down enemies like Morvayn. After all, Morvayn only fought a bunch of Orcs and half an army worth of Dremora, not the most sneaky opponents.

C'mon folks! Lets get some more votes coming in! You don't have to be a writer to participate in the voting!
Don't make me bring out my whip!!
And for jack, there's still quite a few days left until I close this, don't be so pessimistic! I have a couple of neat ideas on the conclusion for this, whichever way it goes.

Dang, well I guess I'm not allowed to bring in Vivec as reonforcements, am I?

Ok, just joking. Congratulations, Black Hand. You once again proved that brains beat muscle.

(to a certain extent. Sometimes there's too much muscle to beat by brains.)

Well he's the (long overdue) conclusion to this fight. Once again, congratulations Sethyas and Black Hand.
Morvayn stalked as silently as he could through the dark walls of the labyrinth, his senses straining to pick up any sign of the assassin. He knew that if he made one wrong step, it would likely be his last. Pain raced up his injured leg with each step, but he utilized his Ordinator’s training to ignore it as best as he could.
I’m a sitting duck in the current state I’m in, Morvayn thought bitterly as he progressed into the tunnel. He needed something to tip the scales to his advantage. He looked down at his blood red amulet and an idea crossed his mind. He knew that removing the amulet would allow his vampiric powers to increase, but that would require time, something he didn’t have.
I would get a power that would come in handy right away if I did take it off though… I can always get it after this is over…
Carefully, he removed the amulet and placed it on the ground. At first, he felt no change, but in moments his vampiric senses kicked in as he began to hear the rhythmic beat of a heart. It was faint, but Morvayn could pinpoint the direction. He grinned, his tongue caressing his fangs. The scales had been tipped.
Quietly he tracked his way through the labyrinth, ears trained on the beating heart of Sethyas, using it as a homing beacon. One that would lead the assassin to his demise. The beat of the heart was becoming so prevalent that Morvayn could virtually see it in his mind. As he got closer, he slowed down his movements. The assassin did have a bow, and if he kept heading straight for the noise, he would likely walk right into the assassin’s sights. What he needed to do was come from an unexpected direction.
He looked up and found that the walls did not reach the top of the ceiling of the chamber they were in. It was the perfect situation; all he had to do was launch himself into the air, over the walls, and land right on top of the assassin. From there, it would be simply hack and slash until victory was claimed.
He gripped the Word of ALMSIVI tightly in his hands and judged the whereabouts of the assassin based on his heartbeat. Confident with his decision, he launched himself in the air, his vampire strength easily sending him above the walls of the labyrinth. His eyes caught a robed figure directly underneath him as he began his decent. It was perfect! He edged his sabre to deal the perfect finishing stroke.
It was then that the figure turned and unleashed the arrow notched in his bow. Morvayn, shocked that he was spotted, tried to spin away from the speeding arrow, but to no avail. The arrow slammed into his sternum, the poison of the viper bolt immediately weakened him and he crashed to the floor loudly. Senses reeling, Morvayn managed to look up just to see the katana blade descending.
Sethyas looked directly into Morvayn’s eyes, an apologetic look upon his face. He mouthed the words “I’m sorry” before removing the blade piercing Morvayn’s heart. Morvayn slumped to the floor once more, the light in his eyes quickly dimming.
Sethyas cleaned his katana off and looked to the ceiling. If it hadn’t been for the ceiling torch that gave a little light to this chamber, he would’ve been a dead mer. The torchlight had reflected off of Morvayn’s armour, which caught Sethyas’ attention enough to spot the Ordinator flying through the air. Sometimes, one just turned out to be lucky rather than good.
Mehrunes Dagon came lurching into view and Sethyas found himself paralyzed.
“Congratulation mortal, you have passed the first tier. But there is more in store for you, servant of Mephala. For now, you shall wait until the others have proven themselves.”
With that Sethyas found himself within a void of emptiness, where he would wait until Mehrunes called upon him once more.
What innocent will I have to kill then I wonder? he thought bitterly.

An unexpected but most satisfying conclusion. I have to admit, I didn't knew that Vampires had this weird heartbeat detection sense.

Well I thought it was something that makes sense, vampirically at least

Like, vampires are hunters, so they probably have the innate abilities to pick up signs of flowing blood. I was actually thinking about have Morvayn actually
see the blood coursing through Sethyas veins, but I thought that was a little too much.
Glad ya like it though.

Well, the most basic vampiric power is actually a detection effect. It is called "hunter's sight" and functions as night eye and detect life. But this wasn't too far off from hunter's sight. Anyway, excellently written match, MM, can't wait for the others.
