Whoa - this I gotta have!! Sounds like you put incredible work into it. Let me ask you though, is it safe to go back to the official forums now and not get a virus that was going around there about 2 months ago? Gonna download from TES Source and will let you know how we like it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. Yeah, I think it's been safe for a week or two now.

Thanks for letting me know that, Sage Rime.
I have downloaded your wizard tower mod and tried to unzip it with winzip. But that doesn't work. What kind of zip file is it please??

Oh, okay ... I just followed the link at TES Source and I see that it is a 7zip file. Is that right? Guess I have to download that seperately or does WinRAR take care of that one too?
I'm wondering if it is compatible with the official wizard tower now too. Probably is, I'm guessing ...

WinRAR can handle 7zip files.

Anyway, thank you all for the interest, and as for the problems with collision and other things that some people are experiencing: It's probably due to some faulty installation (Could be caused by the download not completing, and leaving out some files, always double check that), OR it's a mod conflict, OR a conflict due to newer time stamps on the BSA files after using the official patch.
To re-set the .bsa file date back to the one before the patch, use BSA Patcher. Also, you can try opening the MyMountainTower.esp in the construction set, and saving it to make its time stamp the most recent one. You might also make sure there are no conflicts with other by using Mod Conflict Detector.
BSA Patcher:

I've decided to work on one more version of this tower, namely version 5.0 Final. What I'd like you, the users, to do is to tell me, what would YOU like to see more, what should be fixed/tweaked, and, of course, report any bugs/malfunctions to me. I'll be doing some other stuff on it, although as it's the last version to come, it's going to be pretty minor stuff aside from the requests I decide add in.
