I decided to go with Valenwood because it's a very interesting landscape. A sea of trees and whatnot, it would be interesting to see how they would design such a province. Plus, I think it would be the perfect setting for Robinhood-esque type things, call me cheesey I don't care!

I chose Hammerfell, because it's mostly urban and I always like the idea of port cities and nomadic desert tribes.
I'd also like to see the rest of Morrowind, Necrom in particular.

Sorry to say, Valenwood would rock. Bosmer would steal from your house. Completely new culture. One problem: In Oblivion and Morrowind, Bosmer weren't so good looking.

I think it should influence people to use daggers, bows, and light armor, as well the return of throwing weapons. Less Hack and Smash, more Stealth and Magic!

Yeah, Valenwood would have a lot more culture. Cyrodil's was sadly lacking compared to Morrowind, and there was a bit too much emphasis on combat. I like how Morrowind's storyline had more emphasis on working your way up through the world, and gave you a good look at the history, rivalry and economics of the island. The environments were also very unfamiliar, even alien at times. That's what I enjoyed most about Vvardenfell.

I voted for the Summerset Isles because I like haughty Altmers and their magical abilities. In the original Arena they didn't have the weakness to the elemental magicks and they were awesomely powerful mages and casters. I guess they developed the susceptibilites since Morrowind came out in order to balance the games more.

I also chose Summerset because their architecture is supposed to be really beautiful. Like their capital city Alinor is supposed to be made almost entirely of glass and refracts and reflects the sunlight everywhere you go. I've heard people complain about the rainbowiness everywhere there and be actually relieved to get back to somewhere less gaudy. But I would like to actually see this architecture and its beauty.

I chose Morrowind because Dunmer women are HOT HOT HOT! Besides, ash is cool.

i think it would be kool to go to the marshes of black marshes. i just think it would be interesting to see what the argonian way of life is, it might even be like going to louisiana or mississippi.

"edit" o and i think the enemies in the marshes would be pretty bit@$%&, and abu morrowind was the 3rd elder scrolls.

I can't wait to see your answers to Oblivion questions 1234king. It's so neat to see someone who is able to do the main quest after waiting so long to get Oblivion. I have been able to watch the end of the main quest even though I'm unable to complete it at this time because my hubby's done it a few times. And I can assure you that it is so well worth it you are just gonna flip out when you get there!

I like the way that the Silgrad Tower team of Morrowind modders and other affiliated modelers are making Vvardenfell and alot of the other provinces for Oblivion. I can't wait to see some of those. The ones I know are in progress are Morrowind for Oblivion, Solthsteim Isle, Black Marsh, Skyrim, Valenwood and the Elswyer Confederation. Anyone know of any others?

There is a thread with links about this here in the Oblivion Mod Announcement. Maybe we could visit there and make suggestions about what we'd like to see modded into our favorite provinces??

As an expansion to Oblivion? Black Marsh, as it's nicely in between Cyrodiil and Morrowind. It would be fun to learn more about Argonians and their tribal life.

If it's true that TES5 will be about Skyrim, I think it a bad idea. I would much rather see the Summerset Isles than another Solstheim times 10.
