I am totally confused...every time I go to level I only get 3+ modifiers. I want those 5's!!!
I take it my skill building strategy is awry, here is my build:
Warlock (submitted by Omar M. K.)
Specialization: Magic/Combat (anyone will work just depends on which you
prefer.)
Attributes: Intelligance and Strength
Skills:
Alchemy
(For healing potions and adding magical effects to weapons)
Destruction
(For offensive magic)
Blade
Alteration-
Shield spells (For protecting yourself in melee
situations and lockpicking spells.)
Heavy armor
Conjuration
(An ally can help at times and sometimes if you need
someone else to take damage for you)
Mysticism
(for soultrap and enchanting and recharging magical
weapons)
How do I train up to get the 5+ in Strength, Intelligence and Willpower?
I take it when you get that "rest and meditate" message, you can no longer train up the skills to affect the modifier?
Thanks, all!

Your current level has nothing to do with your multipliers. Your multiplier goes up by one for every two advances you make under a certain attribute. For example: If you want a 5X under Willpower, make sure you level up 10 times with any combination of Alteration, Destruction or Restoration. For maximum gain per level raised, I chose two Attributes to level up and made sure I trained them each ten times. When I leveled up, I then had a two 5X's and used the other one to raise my luck. As a result, my character will be maxed with 100's for every attribute except luck which will be about 90.
It is important that you get your desired training finished before getting your 10th step towards the next level because after that, they will be used for the next level, not this one. Hope that didn't confuse you more!

Got that. What a pain it is to train in Non Major skills though! I spend a lot of time punching out crabs with my bare hands...
