My idea is quite simple
why to soul gems only reach 1600 wen enchanting a weapon with only a 85 max magika use with each hit... i think the range of soul gems should continue untill about 30,000 with more that 85.... i mean why does the fire damage counter go all the way up to 100 damage... when the soul gems cant take it

Are you sure you haven't just been using too weak soulgems? Try a grandmaster on a Golbin King... or a Black Soulgem on a Bandit.
