I am trying to figure out how to achieve "Champion of Cyrodil" Can anyone help me? I have already defeated and killed the Gray Prince.

You have to beat the main quest. 
Ok, in that case, I am lost within the main quest... I just recieved the 4 necro books and went into the sewers. My current quest is to look into the books some more. I have done this a few times, but nothing occurs..... any suggestions?
Talk to the scholar at the Arcane University (can't remember her name off the top of my head - something like Tar-Meena?). She gives you hints and eventually just tells you the answer.

Alternatively go to the Green Emporer way at midday and look around the tombs for a map of Cyrodiil lit up. It's on the wall of one of the bigger tombs.
