In the mages gild ,in chorrol.Wen you do the quest for the argonail,the quest is the bring a book to him ,if I dont remember reang the book is at Hero Hill.But a lady in green ,asks for the book to .So But i ansered NO.But I want to have the greate spell that she gives in reward.
So do enyone know the cheat to complit this quest

You shouldn't even need to use a cheat. Bring the book back to the woman, get the spell as a reward, return to the Argonian and tell him that you gave the book to the woman, agree to steal the book from her and bring it to him. Mages Guild recommendation plus the spell.

You can also give the book to the Mages guild first, then speak to Eerana, then she will ask you to steal it back from the Mages guild.

So no matter who you give the book to first you can get both the spell and the recommendation.

And of course the cheater's way of just taking your spell through the command console... (provided you're not playing on 360?!).

That spell is pretty useless anyway, like discussed many places here. It's simply a shock spell that you can easily create yourself. I also think the spell is bugged, so it costs more magicka than a similar self-made spell costs. Not sure about this though.

Ok I just had to check this myself, and here you go:






As you can see the Finger of the Mountain spell costs 143 magicka, and it has a range of 5 ft. Self made spells can not have 5 ft range, as they start at 10 ft. Even then, a self made shock spell with 90 damage at 10 ft costs less magicka to cast (111 points), even though it has a wider radius... The Finger of the Mountain damage is immediate though, while the custom spell takes one second (in this case) to 'finish'. Maybe this has some relevance...

Note that the Finger of the Mountain spell is leveled, so the stats may vary depending on what level you were when you got it.

Also note that magicka cost depends on destruction skill (I have 100).

If you use the Leveled Quest Reward Mod, it will also level this spell, and after around level 20, it starts to cost like, 800 magicka or so (even with Destroy at level 100), but does around 200 damage in 5 ft, so it sounds cool, but better to make a 2 second 100 damage target spell, is cheaper.

I suspect you are meant to get this reward around level 5-15, as it seems to have a nice cost/effect ratio around those levels...
