I'd rather have him thinking that Hecate is dead so he will be caught off guard by the fact that he's alive...like after they killed the noble Deagan got greedy and stabs his partner with a poisoned dagger (expecting him to die) but somehow he manages to survive and (Obviously) wants revenge for what Deagan did to him..

Edit: I also recommend that we fight something soon, bandits or trolls or anything that would want to attack us...doesn't matter what really...

Fighting? hmm maybe Brianna could have some use of nasty spells? Because a fighter she is not!

Well...Telina is going to come back...if anyone can fit me in with Brianna and Co...but she will be more healer/mage/archer...a little dagger is not too great to use in a fight...

But I'll send him up to that town you're heading to... Lainlalten - They can meet there.

There I sort of introduced the noble who will be an assassin himself, or the main guy (probably not the main guy) he's in Lainlalten so that'll speed up the story some.

So... you just went into his nobles house, talked to him, went into his quarters, lockpicked his desk and found the note about the assassination of Brianna. I really don't think we have to speed things up since Shogun said he would be happy to be the bad guy, so we could give him some time to work.

What could make a little more sense would that maybe, me and Deagan encountered each other in Lainlalten. Maybe Deagan threw out something convicing or something, so that Hecate wouldn't kill him as he really wanted.

Hecate starts trusting Deagan...

Shogun who will be controlling the bad guy will be one who sent the letter to Hecate about arranging a meeting. Both of them meet, talk about this and Hecate wants to have the job to kill this pregnant woman.

Since Hecate starts to see Deagan he get's a little bit uncarefull and tells Deagan about the assassination. Deagan is like "holy cow" you know, because out from the details and discription he knows it's Brianna.

From there we start working - Shogun won't tell Hecate about the prophecy, only hand out a large amount of gold. So all Deagan will know is that someone wants Brianna dead, but not why.

From there we get into a few assassination attempts. Then a little more in, we start to unfold this mystery when you (Arygon) get back with Brianna and the rest, and maybe one of these wise women who have been following Arygon or what ever they've done, see Brianna and want to speak to her...

Something like that... That's just my thought - since I think things are unfolding to fast with you suddenly finding out about both the prophecy AND the assassination of a pregnant woman...

I agree with Fuzzy; no need to speed things along so much. And again, please don't just throw in important things like that without consulting those in this thread first.

And I agree with Danny about the liberties taken by Darkhunter, please don't make up important plot points without first consulting everyone else.

... it's not all that important... it could just be some minion or something...

In any case, it's a huge progression of the main plot; something that everyone has a say in.

I think we are doing very well in planning thoroughly at the moment, and so I will emphasize what Danny and Mr Oven have already said:

No freelancing! no important or even just slightly important actions are to be taken without first discussing it with the others! Our goal is not to rush off and rp as fast as possible, we should let it take it´s course, and have fun as well....And it´s far better to plan and outline a scenario, then play it and see what comes out of it..then leading to the next step...and so on...

Still I suggest you just read the playground from where you posted last...it´s really not that much, and as DarkHunter said....nothing very serious has happened.

Then again you might want to read the planning, since sweet Fuzzy cameup with some thrilling ideas.... Again it´s not that much reading and you will be able to decide where Telina will fit in best!

I think she should just say she was tagging along with our group. Or maybe she was just following from a distance to make sure Brianna was safe. That seems to fit well enough.

Anyway, I was thinking....Sel might make a (brief) appearance. just to help out with something small and then move on.

We won´t hurt Gorrmund in any way, just let him follow together with Telina.

Now for us..let´s find a cave, Sadril will probably appreciate it....then we rest, talk and also find something to eat.....hunting down some beast could be funny..if the beast is big and evil...some thrill in just getting food....

So let´s hope Tellie will be on tonight then, one of us should play Gorrmund.....

Hey guys, I read the playground up to where I left off (which was like 6 posts ) and I'm all caught up now. Anyways sorry for not posting sooner but I've been sufferring from what the doctor called "Post-viral arthritus".

It seems that in addition to the stomach virus I got I must also deal with excruciating joint pains that have caused my entire body to feel sore...needless to say I just didn't feel up to posting.

I'll try and post when I can but I'm not feeling so great recently.

I think this is one of the most slow moving RPs in W4O/Chorrol.com history...

We really need to find something out so things can start going with the flow, with many posts and the typical... 'I go to sleep, I wake up - Bloody americans have posted 70 posts'

So could someone give me a recap of the story so far?

Not much... We split up you know...

so Sadril, Daegan, Brianna, Gorrmund, Tellie, Ranes etc. went for Lainlalten - and are now camping in a cave.

My evil character Hecate is in Lainlalten in a tavern by the north gate and Arygon is wandering around there too...

uh...after esethir left....

Sadril, Deagan, Rahvin, Brianna, Telina, Gorrmund, (I think Ranes...?) all kinda followed Rahvin after he decided taht he didn't want to be found by any guards and sent back to prison.

So, now they have stopped in the cave.

The important stuff is really what hasn't happened yet. We have made it so that Brianna's child is some sort of 'chosen one' and the baddie is trying to kill Brianna and the baby, while everyone else is trying to let the baby be born.

EDIT: Oh, and Arygon flew to Lainlalten ahead of everyone else.
