hi there! i'm having a hard time finding the bandit on the Stone of Alessia mission. is he in a cave, or just out in the open somewhere? thanks!
No, he is on the open.
Just take a look at your compass.
Look in broad daylight. Hes kajit. He has some brown armor on. He should be in some place where it slopes down.
