What is this? A threat directed at the Elder Council Itself? Could it be Cyrodil is not yet finished its battle for peace? Who is this "Nameless One" and what does he want. Why are there Deadric symbols marking the letter. I bring you the Empire Mod.
*******************************************************************
-7+ new quests added to the world of Cyrodil.
-A new Islands set off the shores of Anvil in the Abecean Sea, with new NPC's terrain and the Great white mountain. A mountain so big it can be climbed only using one route used by the Monks of the Great Chapel resting on its very peak. Monastaries can be found along the way while accending this mountain and at the very top lies a spectacular view of the entire Northern section of this mysterious island.
Quest ideas: The letter recieved by the Elder Council has reason to believe this letter originated from a Grand Chapel at the Great White Mountains peak. This quest will take the player to the top of this mountain in search of the Unknown One while encountering spectacular Scenery and many other things as well.
-Another quest takes the player to the heart of Skull Islands lush vegitation growing on the southern part.
Misdirection -Yet another quest has the player heading back to the mainland, sent by the city in search of why shipment of much needed good not recieved, later to find the ship has gone to the wrong port at one of the smaller villages awaiting further orders
Lost translation- This quest has will have the player help an NPC from the City enter an alied ruin in search of a rare tablet spoken of in a scroll in his possesion. This will lead into a series of miniquests where the player must recover other tablets placed aroun the island.
The Unknown One- The other quests will be part of the main quest in search of the unknow one to end his threats.
Cities enhabiting the island- Unlike King Kongs Skull island this island will be inhabited by friendly NPC's. I am only using the name. (couldn't think of any other good name haha.! if anyone has better name please let me know

Economy-The economy of Skull Island will be made to look deliberately weak until "misdirection" quest come into play and you redirect the shipment. It will be a balnced economy tho and realistic. For example the small villages may have more poverty than the city while the City will have higher prices but better goods.
History: Skull Island will come fully equiped with its history and many new books placed around the island. Most importantly you will learn more of its history from its NPC'S than any of the books. Thats right, im trying for full voice acting like any other part of Cyrodil. I don't know how that will work just yet but voice acting is more imersive than just plain old scripts like used in morrowind. (ill have more about the voice part in a second. Lots of history can be found on tablets and inscripted in ruins walls and other stone works. There are many mysteries about this island.
Main goals of this project:
-To create a whole new land mass(skull island) and all of its inhabitants.
-To create 7+ bug free quests that imerse the player in a new world unlike anything before seen in Tamriel.
-To accureatly design and build complex dungeons with fully interacive environments.
-To create a whole new landmass inhabited by interacive NPC'S with fluent AI.
-To create a great mountain higher than any other mountain in Tamriel occupied by spectacular architecture and its own dynamic weather region.
-To create numerous villages along shores.
-To create a fluent economy thriving with life.
-To create a new race in Oblivion (monks) who have their own schedules and beliefs.
-Lastly to creat and entertaing experience for the player.
Software and design plans/funding: I will be looking into buying the jungle foliage pack from speedtree in order to add a new variety of foilage to the tamriel. Or I may just use Vue 5 infinities tree pack and import terrain designed in Vue 5 into 3d Studio Max 8 and then export it from there into the TES 4 contstruction set. I have yet to figure all this out etc. what software i will use in the long run. Speedtree provides the most realistic trees to date on the market and is what is used in the Elder Scrolls Oblivion. You can Visit speed Tree at www.speedtree.com or Vue at www.e-onsoftware.com/. I don't know how much a tree pack through Speed Tree will cost tho. HAHA.$$$

I will shortly post a recrutement for voice actors and developers. Currently I am establishing a website dedicated to this mod and will release it when ready.
Please let me know what you think. Thanks.
