I was just wondering what is this letter for?

Who's Branwen?
I didn't see any Redguard in the bloodworks.
Is this a posible quest to find Branwen or something?
OR
Is this here for no reason?

Owen is the guy who gives you the matches in the Arena.
Branwen is outside training with Saliith to become arena combatants.
Where did you find the note? Just curious...

As far as I can tell there is nothing you can do with this. I tried talking to both of them about it but there was nothing differant. I guess it is just there to make the game seem more real, like those love letters you can find in many houses and inns (Or the letter at the end of Vilverin).

Branwen is his "daughter" if you watch them training hand to hand, you can get skill, the note is to the Right of Owyn crumpled on the floor. I would guess this is Owens response to the claim, lol...
There is no other quests associated with this. I think its a GREAT plot hook though if a modder wanted to fill it out.... Maybe make Bronwen take on a "quest" to prove herself an able fighter worthy of her father, and her training partner asks you to "help" her. Or whatever, IDK, tons of ideas...

Did anybody find that loveletter and primose on a rotting corpse missing its head and arm east of the bride to the imperial city(I think)? I cant remember the name of the body but I assumed it was just the same as this, just to add a bit of pointless flavour.
