So after seeing Neela's stuff I decided to give poser a shot - and came up with a Daedra champion sailing from Morrowind to Vvardenfell...

The sky, flame and stand out from blur was all photoshopped after render.

Yes I just downloaded it.

The horrendous texture of the boat sails makes it bad - as well as the fact I have to change it to quite bright on mine to make it normal for most peoples apparently so I cannot judge how it looks for most.

Hmm for me it looks good, now the sails are a bit blurry but I find that artistic....

no, the sails on teh left are what the texture was.

I blurred the whole right sight then did a preblur brush over the character to stand him out from the blur.

Next part of the story on its way....

The hunter proceeds through Vvardenfell - until he reaches his target. He approaches from the sewers, 'dispatching' of any enemies on the way.

I decided to be more subtle, having the hunter as just shadows and the rest of the picture showing. All water and blood are photoshopped after, the body, sewerwalls and hunter are posed.

Ha! creepy......you´re good.....really! The blood really...sorta sticks out! eeeek

Nice Job! If those are your very first attempts at Poser you are doing very well indeed! My first pics were awful!

What version of Poser did you get? I have Poser 5. I would be willing to give any hints or advice that I have discovered in my time using it. While most of it is intuitive there are simple things that help alot that are undocumented anywhere.

It's not actually poser - its the free DAZ studio.

Well, the second pic is cool but is it just me or is the Hunter pole-dancing on the main sail of the ship in the first pic? It sure looks like it. Anyway, don't let my negative comments get down on you. Keep up the good work!

Haha, I was thinking of using that pole for a different style of posing - but no he isn't pole-dancing.

He is holding onto th mast of the ship to look out to see land.

Very cool Konradude. I just downloaded Poser & Daz myself after seeing what people are doing with them. I think I will try Daz first. Not sure why ... I guess it might look easier to understand. We'll see.

A great job well done for your first DAZ attempt! I havn't yet downloaded DAZ or Poser but I plan to once I get time
