i have been stuck on level 4 for a very long time now. and i slept and so on..but it wont go to level 5.!! you the progress is not goin up..and all my skill are just about full...do they have to be all the way full before you can go up to the next leve???

you must develop your main skills (in the skill menue just the top ones)

By developing the marginal skills you gain bonuses when leveling up.

e.g.: Blade is a side skills, you gain 5 lvls -> you'll get a +5 bonus on strengh the next time you advance a level.

i've added another 10hrs to my game play..and it still hasnt changed...and to be honest i dont think the skill bars are moving...and the progress bar is still empty..

any idea's??

Have you used any console commands to increase skills? If you have, then the progress bars will not start moving again until you actually reach the skill you've manually set them to. Also there is no way to turn the skills back down, I think (game crashes).

I did this in my first game, which was one of the reasons I started a new game. No cheats on this one...

no i have not...but i have got alot of mods..but none of the mods(as far as i know) effrect the skills..as i read each one before i added them..mybe i shud look throught them again..

is there anything else i should look for??

i keep getn it saying i have increased in skill for fighting,lockpickin etc...
but i dont see it go up in the stats

Hmm... That sounds very strange. Sounds like the sliders have frozen somehow. It's easy to see if the sliders are moving or not. Just try summoning skeletons a few times. Skill increase is very quick if your conjuration skill is low. You only have to summit it 5-6 times before you gain a skill point.

I have no idea what could be wrong here, but a mod could cause this I guess.
