Help! I found the shrine, but all the bloke says is that I don't look ugly, maybe I can prove that I'm ugly on the inside. No quest turns up in the quest log, so I haven't the faintest idea what to do. Anyone mind helping me?

Yeah the two ways to do it are to get your personality below 30 or to have him at a high enough dispotion that he'll be like, "well maybe malacath will find you ugly on the inside" or something, I'm pretty sure that's the way I did it.

Negative. The Malacath Shrine requires Troll fat to be activated. You're mixing it up with Namira's Shrine.
