Go to your control panel,and then to ''EDIT Signiture''.Then you click on the ''img'' button and insert a web page with the picture.

To be more precise about the requirement for the quest; you need to have a personality of 20 or lower.
If wine alone won't lower it enough and you have a decent alchemy score.. there is combination of ingredients that will make a potion that restores fatigue and damages personality that can be made.
