I don't want to spoil the surprise that I got, but I'll say it is a video of the engine of the next game from the creators of farcry. the best graphics ever (double oblivions?) with soft shadows, dynamic lighting (really, really dynamic) and much more. You have to see this.

You apparently have to pay $4.95 to register at that site ... I wanted to sign up for the beta testing, but beta testing is supposed to be free, you are doing a service for the gaming company by test/playing their product.

It looks amazing. You could go to E3 in a month(I think) and play it. Check their official site, you'll be able to sign up for free.

I have the much discredited DSL that comcast constantly bad mouths and only have a 5 minute download, that's interesting.
