Full Version: I wanna MOD...... but how, HOW?

Put simply, I don't know how to do it!
I've just d/l'd BTModCustomizationPackage22 & it advises me to apply the mods to, as an example, Oblivion\Data\menus\prefabs\ui_config.
The trouble is there's no folder called \menus\prefabs\ui_config in my Oblivion installation directory.
Do I have to make it or is there some more arcane method?
Help!

Place the entire folder in your Oblivion\Data folder
