I am now a silencer in the Dark Brotherhood.

My mission is to kill J'Ghasta, a master in hand to hand combat who lives in Bruma.
He can be found in his house... in theory because he has never been in there since I'm looking for him !
I can't find him in the streets of Bruma neither.

The red quest guide marker points me to his house but has soon as I step in the house, it points towards the exit door...

Anyone had this problem ?
Solution ?

Hint:
Maybe you should clear that garbage beneath the stairs.........

And don't look in the containers!
