In the place miscarcand its near kvatch, I was heading there to do the second quest, where you have to go talk to Martin, anyway I found that on the way I went in killed goblins, zombies etc, then I cam onto this sort of brigde platform and at the end of the path was a iron gate, and it had a special door behind this iron gate, anyway below the bridge was a guardian skeleton, pretty hard to kill but I finally killed it, anyway made my way up the stairs but then I get to this part it has a block in the wall, I push it and it comes out again, I can keep pushing it, so I go up the next small stairs, then theres a floor switch, stand on it once, does nothing, infront of me is a iron gate it says it has to be opened remotely, the block or the floor switch won't open it, and I can go back but I can't get up onto the bridge as its too high, help please thanks.

don't matter had to load a previous save, proble was a glitch, I searched google and other people had the problem.
