Hi there. I have been getting frustrated with this rather easy quest becoz I spent money on bribing the < bastards > becoz I'm a hated orc, and so I do this all, and then when the quest should b ending, and I go talk to little mister "I'm a watch captain" , EVEN FOLLOWING THE GREEN ARROW TO HIS STUPID butt, he just keeps saying he needs 2 witnesses THAT I ALREADY HAVE. ffs. Help someone plz. Ta

How do you become a guard or watch captain?
