Where can I find Rufio,the man I must kill to be in the dark brotherhood.
Can`t find him at the ill omen

He is under the main inn, there is a trap door to the left as you enter the ill omen, then the second door on your left.

it is in the southern tip or Cyrodiil and you need to be level 10.... have fun
