Whats the highest level you can get to, if its 100 im not sure thats right, since all types of weapons/armour are available at 20 arent they?

The max lvl is much higher, when you gat in jail you can loose alittle of your major atributes, and then be able to lvl-up more

mine was 48.5 for a combat guy i made.
