Im seeing a lot of screenshots of people in lower level armor. I made this to see if they just wanted the appearance.

I know a couple guys here have full set... I only got the sheilds and weapons since they are easy to recover from Oblivion

All I've got so far at level 16 is Dwarven, Elven and some Glass Armor and Weapons

There are a lot of sheilds. Catiff, normal and a bunch of others. All I need is the glass helmet! Or an enchanted sheild for deadric. Thats the only armor I dont have enchanted.

both. the glass helmet took the longest. but now i have 2, don't remember where the second came from, probably a vampire. being lvl 33 really helps on loot though.

glass except for the helmet, gauntlets took pretty long too

well as for bandits, i'm lvl 31 and not a single one had the helmet; I'm not in need of one though, hair style counts, who needs helmets

Well, my hubby says I am a cheater 'cause I start downloading designer mods before finishing the main quest - but he is a purist.
I have seen so many pretty retextures of the glass armor that I've begun to collect it all...even the repeats - like 2 or 3 different people's renditions of blue colored glass armor.
I haven't inserted any of it ingame yet however, cause the non-cheater has been watching! tee hee hee

I've got a full set of every armor in the game except Ebony (even leather and Iron!) and before you guys ask, yes, I am a pack-rat

Haven't bothered to get the helmets yet but have fully-enchanted set of both otherwise.
I wish my in-laws would go home now! It's been nice having them visit and all, but it's severely limited my OB time

Im still looking for ebony. But I accidently became level 25 first. Now my house has stacks of deadric bows, claymores, longswords, daggers, shortswords and all the other items. Most of them are enchanted.

I cant seem to find a glass helm.

I've been using +10 sneak suede shoes with full daedric gear up to now...
Now I'm journeyman in sneak so I changed to +10 sneak daedric boots.
I have a water breath daedric helm but I'm still using my ebony as it's got 120ft life detect.

I prefer a helm with a strong light enchantment for all those dark places, and cast life detect when I need it (or combine an enchanted night eye ring with Nocturnal Cowl for the detect and superior sneak).

Well I still cant get the helmet. If you tell me to do Mozaga the orc, I did it long ago. The guy had an elven helmet.

well i have full deadric set, but as for my helmet i have the Gigantic helm i got from complet the fightersguild... Its really ugly but what ever... and my shield i think is a kind of chorrol shild oor what it was. pretty good one....

are you talking about the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw and The Escutcheon of Chorral? I agree with you that the Helm is really ugly (makes you look like a fish-head).

yea.. well so i guess there is no search for better equipment.... .... maby weapon but i use a deadric sword.. (about 29 in damage).....

yeah, I think that the escutcheon has the best armor rating out of any shield in the game (it tops spellbreakers armor-rating) and I think that it also has the best enchantments out of any shield in the game (reflect damage 35% and fortify endurance 10 pts) but the armor-rating of the daedric helmet and the helm of oreyn bearclaw is tied (both are at 9)

That helm of Oreyn looks disgusting, I usually go bareheaded.

have all the weapons in glass and a full suit of daedric armor plus a longsword, found them fighting in a cave for a daedric shrine quest

I have probably a dozen suits of glass, helmet too, and i probably have 20 suits without the helmet, also i have 9 suits of daedric, 4 with helmets. I own all the guilds and have finished the game clocking in at 125h at lvl 38.
