Is there some config setting I could set somewhere that will pause the loading screen until I press a key or something?

I'm quite new to the game, and I'd like to read those hints and tips that appear when the game loads a new section, but the screen goes away after a split second.

Never thought I would complain about short loading time, but there you have it...

Should be something you can change in the Oblivion.ini file so the loading screens last longer - Someone might know about what to change, always remember to make a back up of the .ini file before you change anything

Thanks, I had a quick look at the file, but nothing struck me as being relevant to this. There was a section called [LoadingBar], but no lines were entered under it.

Perhaps it will be implemented in a patch.
