I don't really know how to explain it other than that. It would change the oblivion world into the city of metropolis and the character would get to play superman fighting crime. It's pretty straight forward.

Intersting ideas, but consitering super mans history with games that were designed from the start for that purpose, I dont think it would work out to well. I suppose you could use detect life for x ray vision, but im not sure how to work in any of his other powers.

though i wouldent realy mind a modern city mod sort of thing. not that i want it to be grand theft auto, but like anime style, modern city, characters use swords to solve minor differences.
